“There was initially some hesitation since they do use salesmen that come into your home and try and close the deal on the night. Starting out at a ridiculously high price and working down to a more reasonable one. I've dealt with this before so wasn't too put off, but may not suit all. However after that it all worked well with very polite people and good contact from them to arrange final survey and delivery. The fitter (Tom) was excellent and did a very neat job. Clearing everything up afterwards, The finished walk-in wardrobe looks good. Although the tie-rack is stiff to pull out and I will be telling them about that. Lawrence Gilbert”

“Read the horror stories on the internet,so abit apprehensive with the installation. But there was no need to worry. Sharps service from start to finish was excellent. The consultation/ design went well and Chris the fitter did an excellent job. He was very obliging and approachable. Pleased with the results......David Barbero.”

“From the initial visit to the installation, I found all the people from Sharps to be friendly, polite and professional. Now that my home office has been installed there are a few elements about the design that I am not very happy with but otherwise I am pleased with the end result. I was horrified to find that I had to sort out the disposal of 3 boxes of rubbish and one big black bag, though a call to Customer Services did sort this. I was also quite surprised at the level of wastage.”

“I have two one big wardrobe my daughters room and half a wardrobe for my room. And I loved the product it's brilliant and I recommend everybody as material, making and installation were brilliant. Well done sharps”

“We have had a fitted wardrobe installed today. The fitter arrived promptly at 8.00am and has busied himself very efficiently all day. Whilst he made a lot of mess in the bedroom, everything was covered up and he cleaned up after himself, leaving the room in the same condition as it was when he arrived. He did not stop all day and everything was complete by 5.00pm. A good days work, which has left us with a fabulous wardrobe, equally as good as we hoped for and perfect for our needs.”

“Excellent service. A three step process that fitted in around our busy lives. The designer, the surveyor and then the fitter were all very professional and respectful when entering into our home, non intrusive and a no pressure sales method. The finished product looks great and has really enhanced our house. I would definitely recommend Sharps to friends and family and use them again myself. Helen Kelly”

“I have been extremely impressed with Sharps from start to finish. They have done everything that has been asked of them to schedule with a high level of professionalism. “The surveyor came and did an assessment of our needs, interpreting our needs efficiently. The operatives all arrived on time and were polite and clean workers. We are very satisfied with the installation.”

“Excellent experience from a very imaginative design that I would never have thought of that exactly met my needs. Communication was good throughout and the delivery times and condition of the packages were perfect. The installation went very smoothly and the installer was without doubt the best that I have ever come across. There was one problem with two panels not having been made exactly to my expectations. However an inspector came out straight away and new panels were made and installed very quickly and efficiently. I have no problem advising friends and family to approach Sharps.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful and always on time and knowledgable. The fitter Russell Shea was especially good, arriving beofre 8am and not leaving until 8pm, with hardly a break all day . The quality of his work was excellent and the finished product looks great! Richard Lambden OX17 3HB”

“Very well organised. I found the designer and surveyor helpful and easy to communicate with. The fitter turned up on time and kept me informed throughout the day. He worked very hard and left the bedroom clean and tidy. I am very pleased with my wardrobes.”
