We had a fitted wardrobe installed in 2015 but some of the lights failed in 2019. I contacted Sharps customer service and they offered to replace and refit the lights and sensors under the 12 year guarantee completely free of charge In fact they replaced all of the lights with the latest models! Excellent customer service. We were pleased with the quality of the wardrobes and the installation when we originally purchased them in 2015 - and are very pleased with the excellent standard of after sales service.

everyone arrived as planned. The surveyor took ages to design the 2 rooms we were having work done in. he only knew about one room and then wanted to come back again for another marathon design. Materials arrived but were put in the wrong place. The installer came and found he had only been told about one room. Shame. Lovely product and excellent fitting but totally disorganised and stressful. I complained and Sharpes promised to call back and never bothered....I emailed the office about the situation and they never bothered to call back either.

I am not sure about their products because I didn’t have a chance to meet the designer of the wardrobes. Booked two appoitments, both times the designer didn’t turned up.When I called their call center they apologised and wanted to book another. I think competition is fierce every path of the business nowadays, but clearly Sharps Bedroom can afford loosing customers. Shame cause I liked their fitted wardrobes.

Fantastic well built! No fuss, 200% satisfied would nit hesitate to use again, would request same fitter ! Brilliant now I see the difference from all the rest. It’s perfect for a small room.

Not the greatest service at all, designed a wardrobe then installed something completely different. Designs were not passed to the fitter apparently. Spent the next four months arguing with them over the matter, went via an ombudsman in the end and finally got things sorted. Wardrobe was corrected, but received no goodwill for the lost time and stress. Avoid and choose someone else.

Design visit was good when it happened but was cancelled with no notice when originally scheduled, meaning I had taken time off work unnecessarily. Very disappointed by this experience and was told that it was unavoidable due to the designer having to go home sick. This was not the case as the designer told me when he did visit that he had just overrun at another appointment. Would be best if customer service didn’t lie to customers.

Awful experience and I havent even had the wardrobes fitted yet. Customer service is non existent. They will not budge on the seemingly only time they can deliver inspite of no one being at home. Next delivery is over a month away. Shocking as I have an empty bedroom in anticipation of new wardrobes and I can't access my clothes where they are stored away. The phone staff are unhelpful and don't call back when promised. Wish I had gone with a small local business who would value my business.

Designer very polite, respectful and listened to what I wanted. Plenty choice of design and colours. Was a bit mislead by "Bespoke" as I thought they would make things exactly to my size specifications i.e. shelf lengths and rail lengths!

The designer was 2+ hours late and we had to cancel our plans for the day to be able to accommodate him.

Apart from the complications with door handles and the first measurements being done incorrectly, we are now back on track for having them fitted.

Sharps have been great throughout the process; the main office staff, Adam the designer, the surveyor Trevor and the two delivery guys were all lovely, helpful and professional people. Gary the installer is highly skilled and completed our new wardrobes to a standard higher than expected. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks all 😀

When they came to measures up the second time the person was very rude to my wife and there was not apology from the company this is not right someone talking to you like that in your own home. Not very happy
