This company is the worst I have come across . The agent is just interested in selling the product once you pay the deposit they forget you . You constantly chase them up but no reply . You are now stuck under a signed contract with no wardrobes or dates and the only thing you have is a stressful headache . The agent doesn't want to know and clearly states it's no longer in my hands . The plans are alerted to what you have chosen anyway further still no fitting dates or emails . It more better to look for some other company as like their name they are very sharp in getting you tied down with many other cheaper companies much better, oh and don't fall for their sales scam the agent clearly stated nothing is on sale it's just a marketing tenique and we don't sell anything under £3000 . ONE TO BE ADDED TO RIP OFF BRITAIN . WILL BE WRITING TO THEM SOON .

Terrible service all round, not worth the money. From start to finish sharps failed to meet anything like acceptable standards. Initial fitting of wardrobe was in no way bespoke or fitted to fit my walls with huge gaps, holes left where they had drilled in the wrong place and substandard faulty shelves. After agreeing to come out to rectify the issues the fitter simply failed to turn up. Problems finally fixed one month after original date and poor customer services throughout. Avoid at all costs

I had a designer come out which messed our measurements up. Then a person came out to check everything through and pointed out all the problems. Then it went back to her to redesign then someone else came out to check again and was meant to be ok. Then we was pushed in to having it fitted when we where away on holiday which we where not happy about as we wanted to make sure after all the problems we had that it was what we wanted. When on holiday we had phone call after phone call with problems because they don’t no how to communicate with each other. When we got back the part we wanted to fit possiffic things in will not fit in. Now no one will sort out apart from a very rud manager screaming down the phone at me demanding money which I had all ready paid. This company should be ashamed as it’s been nothing apart from a problem. I would never buy from them again over priced for very poor quality.

Overall quality of doors is poor, rough edges and mistakes in the plans that were initially discussed and signed and still mistakes took place. Mistakes in delivery dates with no remedial action from customer services. Purchase was over £14,000 and I was left with a corridor pile of packaging and rubbish upon calling them before my last payment was needed I informed them that they need to pick the rubbish and was informed that they do not. Better quality out there in the industry, lack of consistency in processes and a desperate need for sales with limited follow up. Disappointing please do your research before hand.

Plastic coating on doors came detached on wardrobes fitted in house just bought by daughter. I contacted sharps to ask if I could have a quotation for me to buy new doors - NOT asking for them to be supplied gratis - as the wardrobes would have been out of any warranty period but the rest of the wardrobe was fine. I was disgusted to be told that they will not sell new replacement doors without the wardrobe! Sharps - I won't be buying from you or recommending you to anyone as in my opinion the door skins should never have detached in the first place. Refusal to SELL me replacements just adds insult to injury.

there estimator came to my home did the drawings and my deposit was put down approx £1500.master bedroom had to be fitted by april the following year.a competitor quoted a price of nearly £2000 less sharps estimator said sharps policy was to match sent him the drawings heard nothing more they kept my deposit for a year and when it came to the time for mine to be done they claimed they new nothing of this and said we will get the drawings estimator to ring me and he said that they were not going to price match and that i could either have it done or my money back.i got big chiefs involved in head office wolverhampton etc the two individuals involved apparently got there balls chewed off and they sent me £30.00 worth of gift vouchers and fobbed me off.perhaps in the tv adverts they ought to come clean and state that they are nothing more than liars that rip you off and screw you over.everybody should watch there backs and look out for there SHARP PRACTICE.how apt there name is disgusting by name and by nature.i would not trust this company one bit.if you want a decent firm try wiveliscombe based foremost furniture.

Left bedroom in complete mess, cardboard, sawdust everywhere. Fitter said we should have read small print on contract. Some drawers and tables not even left in bedroom but in corridor. Apparently too heavy for fitter to move. This is not of the standard expected. Would not recommend at all

No problem with Designer at all. On Wednesday Delivery of materials on time, that was ok. Thursday, Installer checked items two piceces delivered with marks.Installer have to wait for another delivery so extra day work was taken. After that, on Friday, installer found some bracket and small support parts were missing. Have to wait another delivery next Tuesday. And now it is almost 2 pm in the afternoon. Apparently, missing parts was not schedule as emergency delivery. Totally disappointment with second part of whole service and also poor wood quality from my view (ikea quality or even worse, not fair for such premium price paid). would not use again and never recommend to my friends

So much grief I’ll bullet point instead. •Designer friendly and professional. • My order consisted of 6 doors / 6 compartments • Including one set of drawers. Order placed then all went wrong including. • midway through build designer made a mistake and my drawers had to be built 2ft off the floor and looked ridiculous. All 6 doors had to be replaced a total of 6 times ?? That’s 36 doors in total as corners were chipped and finish around the edges was disgusting. • so if your a recent customer I urge you to double check your doors especially the corners for imperfections. • fitters cancelled or didn’t turn up on numerous occasions, and didn’t even contact me atall on the day I would take a day off to expect them. •They have a non existent customer care department who just pass you to the next person each time you phone up to complain. • I was offered £50 compensation after a numerous amount of complaints on my £3000 order which was disgusting. • After a very long battle of 3-4 months of this build being completed to a reasonable standard, and threatening them with legal action along with contacting the chief exec direct with pictures and a diary of events I was given £1500 compensation. I would never use or recommend sharps to anyone, I even contemplated standing outside every show room every day with a board “ stating please ask me about my experience with sharps” never again.

While the product was of good quality, it didn’t meet our needs, nor completed to the standard I expected. I complained to Sharps who pretty much ignored me entirely.

We wanted a wardrobe for a space in our bedroom that really only would benefit from having one fitted to maximise space. When booking the visit we were not informed that there was a minimum spend of £1500! They had no problem mentioning the winter sale and various other reductions. Sharps designer arrived and was here about ten minutes. He said minimum would be £1500 despite it being a small space. As soon as we said that was out of our price range for just one small wardrobe he was not interested in making a sale. We were not told about any offers or what they could do to persuade us. There was no attempt at selling the product at all and we were left very unconvinced. Taking our money somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Designer spending 3 hours drawing a plan for a 3 door sliding wardrobe to go across the entire wall no inserts! so as Sharps do not line the back and side walls it is just a sliding top and bottom frame with doors! costing £3,000 after 50% discount and a further £100 its not even a quality product and by the reviews quality of fitting depends on what type of tradesmen you get. The price is ridiculous but, clearly there are some people with more money than sense!!!

3 hours spent with the designer measuring and discussing a design, only for the surveyor to arrive and say that the design was not possible in the space available. quote from the surveyor “what a cock up”..

If it could go wrong it did! Wrong design, and were sold a product they don't do - even though he spent 2 and half hours with us. The surveyor made up wrong plans as didn't add our curved bay window to the plan - he spent 3 hours with us and assured us the plan would be re-done and set out to us once he was back in the office (it wasn't). The technical team cut furniture to the sizes specified and didn't question that their 600 doors needed a support in the middle (be careful if are ordering these special size doors). Airing cupboard was designed as a closed in wardrobe with no air flow and no way to cut the shelves around the pipework or water tank - despite having taken photos of the area. First day the fitter did not show up (but give him due he did text to tell me). Second day a different fitter arrived and had to call out the area manager, who called off the job. Everything they delivered then had to be collected. Having taken finance I then got the letter to say the loan had completed and Sharps had been paid and my first re-payment was due in January 2018! Ultimately we have no wardrobes in our two bedrooms and are sleeping on the floor as I can't be bothered to put the beds back up - which we took down for the furniture to be fitted! If you decide to use Sharps be very careful, double check everything and question everything and get it in writing.

Beware of Sharps!¬I falsely thought they were a firm you could trust-how wrong can you be! I was going to have my spare bedroom decorated and wanted to have the old fitted wardrobe removed first and a new one fitted, so I thought Sharps would be a good company to do the job. Their designer, Kevin came and suggested someone to take out the wardrobe which was in situ. He gave me the number and told me to ring him and when he had done the job to let Sharps know so their surveyor could come and check the work before the fitters came. I did as he said and after Peter had taken out the wardrobe, got the surveyor back to check the work. The surveyor said that it hadn't been done correctly and some plastering should have been done to finish it off as their was a hole where you could see the ceiling and the framework should have been plastered. He said Peter should have known this or been told this and he took photos of the job and sent them to Kevin and also rang Kevin, explaining the problem. They agreed Peter needed to come back and do the plastering. This was arranged. He did come back-what a mistake! He obviously couldn't plaster-it looked like he'd thrown it on. It was a mess! I had to insist to Sharps that they sent the surveyor back. H e was shocked when he saw the mess Peter had made of it! He took photos again and sent them to Kevin. He said to me that I was right to send for him. Since then I have had to spend a lot of time contacting Sharps because they don't contact me and try to get something done about this! Sharps say it is nothing to do with them!!! One of their employees suggested I get this man to remove the wardrobe and I would never have signed a contract with Sharps to have their wardrobe if they couldn't have had the wardrobe taken out for me and now they are trying to get out of it and everyone at Sharps has passed the buck to someone else and now it has come back to Kevin again who has always insisted that I have 'his friend' Peter back for a 3rd time to give him another chance. Well, surprisingly, I have refused. I have spoken to a lot of people about this and not one has said I should have Peter back!! Eventually, I spoke to Susan in Customer Services (I had to ring her, although she had been made aware of the problem, she had made no attempt to ring me-so much for their customer relations!!) she said that she wasn't fully aware of the problem, she on part only knew some of it. Well, if she was doing her job properly she should have made herself fully aware of the problem as she later had to admit to me that it was 'serious'. Despite this, though passed, she ended up passing it back to Kevin!!!!!!! Are they all under Kevin's thumb or frightened of him in Sharp's. I am beginning to wonder what sort of hold he has over them all!! One thing she said which was very interesting was that there is someone else that they recommend to do the taking out of wardrobes (Kevin has always said he doesn't know anyone else but Peter, so this is a lie) and that Kevin's Boss has been told to recommend this person-Andrew, so Kevin would have been told about him by his Boss! The plot thickens. On Friday, after speaking to Customer Services, I was harangued by 4 mobile calls from Kevin. I answered the first, but when I realised that he was just going over the same ground about having Peter back, I wouldn't answer any more as he was stressing me out. I have had enough of his bullying tactics. I am not a well person and suffer from stress and stress related illnesses so I can well do without this. Sharps please take note! I shall be asking for compensation for all the stress you have caused me. If you don't want to suffer as I have and have all this hassle!!! stay well clear of Sharps. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Ridiculous pricing, terrible service. I cannot rate them low enough - shame their isn't a zero stars option! Don't be fooled by half price sales and 15 or 25% off on top. They don't publish prices and I am sure double them to allow for "offers". Visiting staff unhelpful and shop staff don't listen and have little or no product knowledge. Avoid at all costs!

I have had to stick nearly every door and drawer edge. Shape did not want to know as the 7 year guarantee had just ended. I find it unacceptable that something so expensive should only last 7 years.
