Worst Service Ever I booked a the highest service [Full Service] on the 28 November, the driver arrived 1 hour late, did not check the car and he was in hurry I forgot to give him the special wheel nut but I manage to tell him there 1 dipped front bulb that need replacing. then I received a phone call from the garage informing me of approximately 6 services items that apparently not covered that I need to pay and I was given an estimate of more than £640. (Incl one front dipped bulb for £42 +VAT) I felt like being blackmail or entrapment. I refused to be used in such a way and asked for the service to be cancelled and the car returned back to me. was told this can not be done as they already started. The driver returned at 6pm, parked the car in the car park and came upstairs to tell me the light is not working and it is not safe to drive the car. when I went down to the car all the front light was not working in a clear a deliberate damage. I guess it is a pay because I refused to be trapped or accept the extortion prices. I called servicing stop help desk but they said I had to email the customer care team the following team. I asked how am I going to get home, no idea. I wrote to complain the following day. They responded 2 weeks later with excuse after excuse and then 5 weeks later they tell me they can't do anything for me because I decided to replace the bulbs myself. Can you imagine they wanted me to stay 5 weeks on the dark and not driving the car Also I am wondering even the services were done since I had the wheel nut in my Pocket. the Dash board showed the average miles per gallon to be 8/Gallon. BMW 520 runs average of 38/gallon in urban driving. they use slogans like: “Best price guarantee-Find a better deal, we match it” Never again to use them

I can understand why some people feel upset, when they receive a call as there is further issues with the car and the unplanned costs are not pleasant, like we did. However when you get the itemised invoice and the service report with photos and videos of why the additional work was required, it demonstrates the garages being used know what they are doing and are more than welling to demonstrate it. Also free collection takes the hassle out of servicing too.

Unreliable and let down twice by service stop. I originally booked to have my car serviced for Thursday, I received a call on Wednesday asking to change the date to Friday as no one is available for Thursday. I was happy to do so. I waited in Friday morning and no one arrived. I called service stop to check what time someone will be arriving, after 15 minutes on hold to get through, I was told no one will be arriving and I should have received a text informing they will be available from Monday. I had not been contacted in any form about rescheduling for the second time. I asked if they do weekends as I will need my car for work from Monday, but they don't. I was very disappointed with how unreliable this company is and will have to look elsewhere. My partner will also be cancelling his booking with service stop.

Not a good customer experience! Our car was collected on time which was good but once returned, was extremely dirty with mud splattered along the outside of the vehicle as well as mud on the interior seats, gear stick and steering wheel. On raising these issues after being encouraged to complete a review, we were told that the garage had received the car in this state and as a sign of goodwill, we could receive a £10 voucher for our next service. Its ludicrous to believe the car was in this state to begin with and therefore we had no interest in booking a service in the future. Unfortunately the story does not finish there. Similar to other reviews, immediately after the service, I noticed an engine ECO fail alarm as well as the service indicator coming on intermittently. On reporting this I was told I could bring it back to the garage but if no fault was found, then I would be charged for the work. Having responded to book in a date and time a week ago, I have heard nothing further.

Very poor, did not get a service. I booked a MOT weeks ago and the last day before I received a message that they can not perform on that day but a week later. Which was too late for me. I counted on them, hoped all will be fine but i was wrong. They should inform me before, not the last day. Avoid `Servicing stop`.

I had booked my car for servicing and MOT on three different times, each time I was drawn in my cheap servicing cost, but each time my car was not taken, the first my wife waiting at home for the collection, she was informed that we did not have collection as part of the service. Next the car wasn't collected the same response. I thought I would try them one more time, the email stated collection between 8-10am, the car was not collected I gave it another hour still nothing, so I rang them after a bit more waiting and few more calls, I was informed that my car would not be serviced today and that I could book another service. I cancelled.

Good afternoon Andrew, I'm extremely sorry to hear of your experience with us. We never want to cancel a service but sometimes our garages are extremely busy and we have to find an alternative date. This should not have happened more than once however. I have just spoken with our Network Compliance Team who have informed me the garage selected to carry out your service has been removed from our network and will no longer be allowed to carry out any services or MOT tests for Servicing Stop. Would you like me to arrange another service and MOT for another date? Charged me £38 for a 12" rear wiper, £60 to change brake fluid,£13 for a sidelight bulb Complete rip off merchants. Will never use again or recommend. The garage told me servicing stop asked them to do the Brake fluid change for £15 as I was spending a lot of money with them. The garage agreed. However servicing stop charged me £60. So not only a rip off, they also commited fraud. BEWARE. They also encourage the garage to do work you dont need. Nearly always claim you need brake fluid change and anti freeze/coolant change.

pick up and drop off fine , just be very careful if you agree to anything being done on your car as they inflate the prices , they charged me £78 for a brake fluid change when a ford main dealer only charges £38, I complained and they have said they will match the main dealer price if I sent proof of quote , I am still waiting for a refund to happen as they don't like replying to e-mails

Everything went wrong. Ich up was 2 hours late, tried to call the office 3 times, no answer, 20 mins wait each time. Paid for full service but nothing has been done to the car. MOT was requested with the service but the office failed to book it, so was done but at extra charge. Ended up paying nearly £300 for MOT. Price quoted was £129 for MOT and service, so paid more than a double price. Would not recommend and would never use again.

I booked a service over 1 month ago for today. I had emails and text messages ot remind me of my pick up for today between 8am and 10am. I waited in until 10:20am and then rang servicing stop. I was waiting for 18 mins until I got an answer. To which my reg was taken and they ''contacted'' the garage. After a 5 minute wait, I was told the garage said to them there was no drivers for today. The agent on the phone passed on all the blame to the garage, surely this should have been checked?? I completely arranged my day/week around this and am very angry and annoyed that this was allowed to happen. I have passed on my experience with servicing stop to friends and they as well as myself are looking else where for the service. Very appalled and angry that my time was wasted for something I had booked in over a month ago!

have booked my service and MOT for the 7th is December invoice number 793204. First the collection of the vehicle has been a delated. When I received my car back I have came back home and everything seems fine. On Saturday morning I was driving and on the dash board I have noticed a warning engine light on. I rang the service stop to ask to contact garage with the issue I have. I been advised that the garage is closed all ready and that they will ring back on Monday and make an appointment for me to check over. On Tuesday morning I still did not have any information or phone call so I decided to call my self. On the phone I been advised that the earliest possible appointment is Friday, I asked to email me the booking email confirmation which I didn’t received. By Friday still no informations been send so I decided again to call and check. On the phone I been told that there is no booking been made for me and there is nothing available till January. That is 2 months after service been done!! Which is a joke!!! I’m not able to drive my car and I been using taxi to and from work. I’m very unhappy as I have to use another garage to check the issue with the car which they did. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends or family.
