We were very happy with the service that we received from Servicing Stop. They picked up and dropped our car back at the times they said they would and the job was done as they promised.

Fab service throughout,from collection to returning. I changed the return address after the service and obliged with no trouble at all.Realy pleasant & courteous staff. Excellent service all round, will recommend to family & friends. A+++++

You should believe all the bad reviews for this company so I won't go into so much detail. Overcharged, misled, work not carried out as described and nonexistent customer service. £144 for new pads, front only. Oil not included with their 'full service'. Engine flush, £45, neither asked for or an MOT fail. Paid £100 for new windscreen washer bottle, but week later (when changing bulb) NOTICED THE OLD ONE HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED, an extra 100 quid on absolutely nothing! Worse still, the only customer service I received (when at first suggesting that the garage they used was at fault) was an automated email asking to "rate the support I've received"... Absolute joke and its all on me apparently! Continuing to fight my case, but in the mean time, please save yourself from this pathetic, shameful business and don't get your car MOT/serviced with this poor excuse for a company.

his company state that they service vehicles according to the manufacturers schedule which is not true, they serviced my car and i had to pay an additional £333 for it to be done as per manufacturers schedule. They also stated that an engine management light was on in the car which was not true and that cost me £79 + vat to diagnose and get put off. I have been charged but have received no diagnostics from this company or the garage that serviced the car. They also stated my car needed an engine flush at £45 + vat which was not true as the car has only just turned 2 years old. I was quoted £30 for Adblu to be put in the car which is part of the service and then charged £65 + vat. The car also came back covered in mud inside and out, and also an additional 35 miles on the clock over and above the collection and delivery miles.. They state the service your car to manufacturers schedule and this is simply not true, and then when the car is in the garage they call you with a list of extras that should be done with the service. This company will fleece you and they take no responsibility for anything that happens to your car.

We do indeed service all vehicles according to the manufacturers servicing schedule and only suggest additional work when necessary based on garage findings and manufacturer recommendations. We picture all used parts or items requiring additional work and add them to our app, sending them through to you following the service to ensure you can see for yourself the work that needs changing. All work recommended to you is completely advisory, it's our role to simply inform you of the garage findings and alert you of any work that is required. While it is imperative we let you know of the work that needs attention - the choice remains in your hands whether you wish to have this work carried out with us or another provider. With regards to the Adblu, I am unable to find your booking on the system by your name alone. Good alround performance. Everything from the collection to the returned vehicle. Ringing beforehand to check and confirm information then to ring and say if anything was wrong and offer me other services if I wanted with the prices. Very good service.
