“I didn’t have to do anything really and got to wait in the comfort of my own home while my car was collected and delivered back to me.”

“Cancelled an hour before collection..rescheduled for another day and called me and said no one was available to drop my car back so I had to get a taxi to the garage pay for it myself and drive the car home”

“My car was arranged to be picked up at 10am and a lovely man turned up on time and took it away, i had read some horrid reviews but im happy to say that the garage you chose for me was excellent, they let me know when the car was being returned to me and the car passed its MOT with not problem, i was not met with an extra bill for work done as i had read some on some reviews . It cost me what i was quoted and no more, the men who did the MOT were just lovely and i have no reservations about recommending this service, easy peasy for me at work, picked up, MOTd and returned to me without me even having to do a thing except pay. Definately use this service again, Take a leap of faith and use servicing stop if like me you cant leave the office to take your car to the garage. Brilliant”

“In all a good service, but didn’t recieve a hard copy of our service report, not everybody has a printer. Also didn’t like being hard sold extras, or being told I needed high spec oil which was over and above the manufactures recommendations.”

“I was quoted £55 for the service. Ended up paying £120 but was asked for a lot more than that. £24 for an oil change, £60 for brake fluids and I think it was £48 for coolant. Way over priced. They reel you in with the cheap quote. Not only that my car was returned 2 hours and 45 minutes after I paid the invoice and the job was marked as complete. That was 45 minutes after the original estimated time which was 4pm - 6pm. (Didn’t get my car back until 6.45pm) Had to phone servicing stop twice and all thy could say was they couldn’t get in touch with the garage after waiting around 15 minutes on hold each time. Absolute shambles.”

“Dec 11. 2017 It may be of interest to all who read this review, but last week I sent the following letter to the powers that be at PC Discount and I believe the statement speaks for itself. Abba Schoenholtz Dec 8, 2017 Dear Glen, Erin and John, you guys are the best!!! thank you so much for the upgrade on the "Dell Power Pack." You folks are a dream to deal with. It's shameful that I hadn't discovered your excellent firm until I was in the advanced age of 80 plus years. I never experienced in the computer industry such an ethical company such as yours. Your support for your cliental is outstanding. Thank you so very much for the services you provide. Enclosed is a small token of my appreciation during this holiday season. “They collected on time and sent lots of reminders by text and email. It was also very reasonably priced esp as they collected the car and dropped it off too, which is very convenient because.”

“The price was very competitive all through the driver was 3/4 hour late he did apologise but the service was good they did try sell me other things like MOT and Service 12 month in advance etc this was an interim service not a full service but. Otherwise really good 100%”

“It was soo simple. They collected the car, MOT’d it and returned it. And it was really cheap! No advisories or anything else was needed so the stated price was all I paid! Simple, cheap, easy :)”
