I picked a date to suit me. Had convenience of vehicle technician to collect my car from my home address. Friendly and polite customer service phonecall for prompting payment. Had car delivered back to my door. Complete with MOT certificate and advisory and servicing work schedule sheet. No hidden extra costs! Will be using Servicing Stop next year!

simple to use, collection and delivery on time. Pleasant staff, excellent prices and work carried out to a high standard - highly recommend using this for servicing and mots.

They collect my car and drop it off at my place of work .there cheap freindly and stick to there word . I will recommend them to anyone .

Guys were over to pick up my car quickly and not long after receive a call from service stop detailing what was going to be done to my car. Very professional and gave me good advice over the phone. Will be coming back next year

Very good to be honest I was a bit wearying at first as the price seemed so low but they got me the job done no questions asked!granted I had to have additional work done but it was explained to me before they started the work that it needed doing asap.The customer care is excellent and I would highly recommend service stop

If, you want a standard service and your car needs no work they are ok. This is the third time I have used them. On most occasions the garage will try and get a couple of jobs on top of the service. On this occasion My front t disks and brake pads need replacing. They allowed the garage to charge £100 over the closest price and didn't fit them properly. This made me question the quality of the service and I lost my car for a second day. BUYER BEWARE. You are no better off than randomly picking a garage out of yellow pages. Servicing Stop are only looking out for them selves!

Would you like to enjoy the process of serving your car? Including price? Just call these guys!!! I found about them in Internet and was hard to believe they so good, but the result of my experience with them during a full service for my Almera was over my expectations! I found my garage! Highly recommend!

Excellent service and great value, will recommend and use again, the communication was very good, they let me know when the car was going to be picked up and dropped off. I received a phone call from a very polite customer service assistant, when the car had been serviced to explain the work that needed to be done to my car and the other advisories I was quoted a reasonable price for the work that needed doing, he was not pushy about having extra work done, which is good. So well done Serving Stop. Thank you for taking the hassle out of getting my car serviced, your service is excellent.

It just makes servicing & mot easy. Its collected, you're kept informed and it's dropped back to you. I have recommended this company to friends & that doesn't happen very often!

Servicestop collected my car ahead of schedule, performed the work needed quickly and for a good price while keeping me informed of progress, and returned it early. Service over the phone was exemplary, questions were answered in detail, and payment was straightforward. Recommended, will use again.

On two separate occasions, ServicingStop could not pick up my car. They could only offer me to drive 15 miles and drop my car off! If I wanted to do that, I would go to my local garage. Maybe this collection/delivery concept works in cities with plenty of garages, but not for the rest of us it seems. Don't bother, keep your local garage busy instead.

Excellent friendly no fuss customer service. High standard of work carried out, car collected and returned. Cost half of what I normally pay.

This is the second time I've used Servicing Stop for my Audi Q5. Car was picked up and delivered back on time and the service was delivered to the agreed price, which was roughly a half of the cost quoted elsewhere. Would definitely recommend.

Appalling service followed by appalling customer service. After a month chasing a response beyond the original 'I'll resposnd I'm 24hours' from their customer service dept I have finally lost my rag. Read my last email to their complaints department to get a flavour of why I would not recommend and would in fact give ZERO STARS! It is supposedly the season of good will so I will forgive the lack of help that I have had up till now. Let's recap. I have now contacted you on approximately 5 occasions to follow up with my complaint. The complaint has been with you for several weeks now and despite your initial contact with me stating that you would resolve this issue within 24 hours I think we can ascertain that you have spectacularly failed on this promise. If you were to read my original complaint - I am very concerned that the garage that my van was 'serviced' my van is not fit to carry out this task. My service reminder is still flagging that I need a service. My service book isn't stamped. My bank account tells me that I was thoroughly serviced as I was charged twice the amount quoted on your website. I was charged over £40 for a pollen filter which I know is a part available for £10 and double the price for fuel treatment that I would be charged at somewhere like ATS. I was charged other extras that quite frankly I do not trust. I was charged £20 for collection whilst this was quoted as part of the service. Other elements were clearly not covered. My door still needs lubricating for instance. I do wonder what actually happened on the day of the service... I was told by the garage owner that I needed a total engine rebuild just before he dropped it back. 'Are you sitting down - your head gasket is gone - you need an engine rebuild that will cost between £3k and £5k', was the call. He kindly dropped me a quote across for £3,500 to solve my head gasket problem. Interestingly - the van was new to me a couple of weeks before and I had been religiously watching oil and water levels daily leading up to the service so I know that I wasn't losing water or oil or indeed 'gaining' oil as water ingress end into the engine. Similarly I know that I wasn't blowing white smoke out or losing power. I also know that I have not lost a mm of water since the service. My oil remains clean despite driving around 1,000 miles. No white smoke and no loss of power. Suprise suprise - NO HEAD GASKET PROBLEM. So why did he tell me I needed £3,500 worth of work doing? Let's be honest - it's about as close to fraud as you're going to get from a garage. So why should I or you trust this garage again? I know I won't but I just don't know what you are going to do because you appear to be hoping I will just go away. I think it's time that your future customers know that Servicingstop is a very apt name for you. You've certainly stopped servicing my complain't and concerns... At your earliest convenience- please could you inform me of your intentions in this matter? I will be contacting my solicitor if you are unable to resolve this by the end of the week.

My car was booked for an MOT, it was collected on time and I have been kept informed of the progress during the day. Payment was very easy and my car was returned to me without any problems. Would definitely recommend.
