“Misleading internet promos of 70% off to get cars in their garage and then fleece customers for unnecessary and exorbitant costs!! I was overcharged for synthetic oil which is part of manufacturers specs for servicing my BMW. Also, Brake fluid cost was added which had been changed last year, which was also mentioned in my previous year's servicing invoice. Then, for MOT, I was charged high amounts for replacing ABS sensor (with no breakdown of parts vs labour costs)!! It was truly the worst service / MOT experience I have had so far. Thankfully, I didn't book my other Mercedes car here for Service + MOT, otherwise it would be a double whammy!!”

“What a great service Servicing Stop offer! A collection time within a specified time frame, a courtesy call before any work is done with no hard sell if you decide against it, an easy payment option via a secure website and delivery back, again within a specified time frame. Great customer service, lovely personable staff, prompt and efficient service. First class service and completely hassle-free. Highly recommended.”

“When £110 quote left us with £460 out of pocket There should be an option for 0 stars. WORST Car service and customer service experience EVER! 1. No Paperwork 2. Service light not reset. Garage had to Google how to do the same. 3. Extortionate prices for parts 4. Very poor customer service 5. No diagnostic check on the car 6. Car drives exactly the same with a slow start as it did prior to going for a service 7. Service book has no detail of the engine oil used and the viscosity of the same 8. Service Schedule filled out in front of customer shows no genuine check done on tires etc as data not filled in. 9. Complaint about month and a half ago and promised refund and paperwork but still received neither. 10. Car looked untouched with a pile of dust on the engine cover. 11. Replaced parts that did not need replacing. 12. No genuine parts used but prices charged are way more than genuine parts. 13. Customer service: No proper updates, no contact over long periods of time, not keeping to their word and no satisfactory outcome!”

“in over 45 years of motoring i have always dreaded that time of year when the car servicing and mot was due knowing i was going to probably get a massive bill to pay , NOT ANY MORE FOLKS !! after taking my little kia picanto back to kia for its 6 year service i was shocked at the price they quoted for the service and mot , i searched on line and found servicing stop and got a instant quote for exactly the same job on my car but it was 78% cheaper !!!!, they even included picking up my car and delivering back when finished ,i can recommend highly very highly servicing stop it is brilliant”

“Used this company for the first time for my MOT. Arranged for car to be collected from home between 9 and 10am and to be returned between 4 and 6pm. Collection took place on time and mid morning received a call to say MOT passed and car could be returned within 2 hours if this suited me. In fact car back on my drive approx 1 hour later. The company sent me an email with link to pay online....straightforward and simple. Very helpful and efficient. Extremely eady booking process. Saved a lot of headache. Definitely use again. Many thanks”

“This has to be the easiest way of getting your car Repaired or MoT just send them a email or phone them on the freephone number tell them what you want them to do and they give you a time and date to pick up the motor do the job phone you so you can pay then they bring the car back simple as that i can really recommend them.”

“This was my first experience of servicing stop. The online booking was easy and there were several emails and texts in the lead u to the service. My car was collected from work on time. I had a phone call when it was ready and they tried to offer me another service but I politely declined and there was no hard sell. The price of the service was less than the initial quote. I paid online and my car was back within the hour with the completed paperwork. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

“I booked online and received an email and text to confirm all was booked . On the morning of the 12th, Alan collected my car and informed me of how everything works. He assured me that my warranty would remain intact and assured me all parts were Vauxhall approved. At lunch time I received a call to say my car was ready. I was offered a couple of extra services such as a fuel system flush, but I declined as the car is only a year old. No hard sell from the agent. A couple of hours later and my car was back on the driveway. Would definitely recommend their service, and £90 cheaper than Vauxhall!”

“Customer service this time was very nice. First they booked me to garage 30 mins far away from my house, I asked to change the garage and they did so. Picked the car on time, a guy on the other end of line explained the job needed to be done, I received the car after 6pm (later than usual, this was second time I used Servicing Stop). The only thing I don't like that they don't provide any documentation of the work they've done (I needed to ask via email for paperwork). I would recommend this service.”
