Great company to deal with. All the communication was great and no pressure at all to commit to any "extras". The value for money was superb much cheaper than a main dealership. Would definitely use again.

Top class service, at bargain prices!! I was provided Servicing Stops details by an acquaintance in the motor trade after some dissatisfaction with my previous mini servicing and I couldn't be happier. I work in Harrogate so being able to work from home while someone else sorted out collecting the car for its MOT and returning it home was such a bonus. The whole process couldn't have been more straightforward: - booking the car in was very easy they were helpful and flexible to meet our requirements; - we received a helpful reminder email the day before the booking and - on the morning of the MOT the car was collected promptly and efficiently; - the MOT was carried out quickly and I was informed immediately of the extra charges (a worn tyre and a cracked number plate), the charges were very reasonable and comparable with other local garages and much lower that when you use a dealer; - payment was easy you just follow an emailed link (you can even pre-book a reduced price 6mth service if you like); - the invoice and documents were provided straight away and you are informed when your car will be delivered back. Overall it's a great company who obviously put the customer and customer service at the heart of everything they do. I'd strongly recommend you give Servicing Stop ago, I will be using them for all our cars future MOTs and Servicing.

Quick booking process 50% cheaper than dealer pricing. Convenient pick up time and all work varried out to agreed schedule. Will definitely use for servicing and mot in future.

My car was collected bang in time and was booked for a MOT and Service, I was called and kept informed of the advisory items on the MOT, the car was then delivered back to me well within the timeframe I was given. I couldn't ask for anymore, I would recommend this service.

Good communication pleasant staff picked up and dropped off at great times ... happy with all except the price of the things that needed doing for the mot and things recommended for the service were pricey. They weren't pushy though I only had done what I wanted.

I have used Servicing Stop for the second time and again very pleased with the professional service I got. The garage were helpful and polite and picked up the car and returned it to me at a time convenient to myself. Will certainly return. B. Stone Birmingham ref.520243

Booking ref 527709 I booked the service and mot for 1 Nov, they did not pick up the car. I called them to ask about it they said they did not book a garage and can reschedule. that is not good for me I need it done today if they had bothered to inform me I would have made other arrangements and booked an MOT somewhere else. However I did not get a phone call an email or text from them that they would not come and now I can not find anywhere to do the MOT. If you need it done on the day you ask for it don't expect it to be done, or that they will tell you about it beforehand. Avoid at all costs !!!

Job #516706. Booked my Merc in for a full service and SStop rang to cancel 20-hours before they were due to collect the car, couldn't fit me in. 1500 garages nationally? I think not! This seems to happen a lot. Rang them back to rearrange for another date - told no problem would email and text a confirmation. Silence. So how many times do I have to be let down before the penny drops? So I've booked in at a main dealer. Sometimes money isn't the only consideration, service must count for something.

Booked an MOT pick up service for 12 October and received confirmation on 3 October. On 11 October, i.e. one day before the booked MOT, I received a call telling me that they couldn't find a garage to do the MOT but they could offer an alternative for 20 October, so more than a week later. MOT runs out on 17 Oct, can't get to usual garage due to work committment and thought this was an excellent solution. How wrong. I complained and received a call from a very unfriendly lady explaining they could offer me an appointment for 14 October but I would have to bring the car. To get to the garage would take me about 45 minutes plus I would have to wait and then drive back, so exactly something I can't do during the week and I why I had booked their services in the first place. No other alternative or compensation offered, only a quite unfriendly apology. Don't use if you need a reliable pick up because you got work commitments.

I would strongly recommend anyone thinking of servicing stop to look elsewhere. Once my car was collected I was told that I would be informed of updates about my car throughout the day and it would be returned to me at 6 o'clock. However, by 5pm I had heard nothing from either Servicing Stop or the garage that was dealing with my car, this led to me having to chase up the situation myself. When I called Servicing stop and enquired about the situation they said they had 'no idea' what was going on with my car as they couldn't contact the garage. This put me in a weird situation as Servicing Stop or myself could not get through to the garage which made me fear for the worst. Eventually after an two hours of going back and forth at about 9 o'clock my car was randomly returned to me. To summarise Servicing Stop are utterly useless if things start to go wrong and they should take it upon themselves to use garages that give better service and actually pick up their calls.

Terrible - total rip-off! Where to start.... hour late pick up, £128 service and MOT ended up as £251. They spoke to my partner very late in the day (half hour before the car was due back) and said it passed MOT but needed etc etc.. the guy mentioned the costs and said an invoice would be sent online to pay...but my partner was under absolutely NO impression that he was actually 'authorising' a brake fluid change or a 'fuel treatment'!!! He just said OK as he thought it had already been done and that they had spoken to me (its my car & I booked the service!!!!). After getting no joy from a very rude man at servicing stop and being told 'well nobody is happy about paying money out on their car!' I finally had to pay the bill so the garage would release my car which I eventually got back an hour after it was due which meant my partner had to take my daughter to work with him.....All in all very upsetting and I feel very cheated, I was just going to get a £40 MOT but got lured in with a half price service and now I am overdrawn! Oh... and incidentally my service book wasn't stamped either!

Very poor stay away thay quote u a price from the information you give them and then tell you that you need more expensive stuff . If u don't want the work done thay want to charge you £50 to cancel
