“Generally efficient with a good - if expensive service. Be aware that the price may appear reasonable at first sight, but there are always add one. The usual one is an engine flush and specialist oils which can add £70 plus to the price! Even their own garages admit that this is a usual scam. Beware!”

“Always an excellent service, love it that I don't have to wait around the MOT centre, or even worse, bus home and back again. The pick up and drop back of your car is the best bit.”

“Quoted the wrong amount so not prepared for the quote given by the garage had to leave some non essential service work uncompleted. Car had gone in for an MOT into the same garage a week before and passed with no advisories only to be told after a week by the same garage my front discs were heavily worn and needed replacement urgently which did not make much sense considering brakes are part of any MOT. All felt like a set up”

“Was a bit wary due to the poor reviews online. I booked my car in for a full service, it was collected from my house. I was rang at around 3pm to say they had a few advices but I only chose one of them and there was no pressure to get them all done. I paid and my car was returned at exactly 6 o'clock. My husband will be using Servicing Stop for his service as well. Due to all the negative reviews I still don't think we would use for our MOTS as I don't like the thought of my car being held at ransom until I paid for work to be done to pass the MOT but I would recommend for a service.”

“I received very good deal for MOT. Defnitely worth to use it. Everything was as promised - easy booking system, clear confirmation and collection instructions, the car was collected and delivered on time, everyone involved was courteous. The whole experience - simple and easy. Definitely would recommend.”

“Horrendous - you will make an appt and they simply will not show up. When you call no one will answer the phone when you eventually get through to someone they will lie to you fob you off and fail to offer you any semblance of customer services. Please please don’t waste your time and money this is horrific service .. I’ve been left with no vehicle as my MOT has run out and I now have to find another garage at short notice and will be without a car for a couple of days by the looks of it. Never been more angry.”

“I am really repented I choose that company to do MOT and service!!! Don't do that!! For your own pocket safety. I booked the full service and the MOT for £122 and at the end I paid £319 for nothing!!! They changed 4 bulbs!!! For £200 ??? Come on guys ! That's a rip off! That's the definition for rip off the customers! I will take further steps in this case. I am sure that wasn't right and the funniest thing is one of my light still doesn't work! DO NOT USE THEM! only if you stupid enough to pay for nothing😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠”

“My car was booked in, collected and dropped off all at the agreed dates/times. The process went smoothly. The only thing I wasn't so keen on was the fact that my car had to do a 50 mile round trip to be serviced and MOT'd, however, this did save me the time/hassle of taking it anywhere myself so I guess it was 50 miles well spent.”

“Booked in for full service. Chose servicing stop over Halfords as about same price but servicing stop collected car, plus point to Servicing stop. Full service should include fuel filter but Servicing stop want extra. £10 for bulb change! £75 for brake fluid change (Halfords £30) £24 special oil! Nothing special about fully synthetic oil! Customer service less than helpful. My report did have a tick to say checked and topped up clutch fluid, even though it's an automatic! Not confident in actual work done. Feel ripped off and will not use again.”

Good morning Neil, All additional work recommended is purely based on garage findings or manufacture guidelines. While it is imperative we suggest this work to you, the decision remains firmly in your hands as the customer as all work is advisory and not compulsory - it's our job to let you know what work needs doing to ensure your own driver safety and of course the smooth-running of your car but it's up to you to accept this work or decline it.
