I checked my emails today to find out service stop have booked a car I no longer own for a service next week. This was done without permission or any kind of contact from myself. They even stated that they would pick my car up. I would be worried if I didnt happen to check my mail I would be charged for a service I didn't request or want. I will not be using this corrupt company again.

No oil change, no filter change. Excessive charges offered to change hyd. fluid, excessive charge to change pollen filter.

Car was collected on time but not delivered back until 6pm which means you are without a car all day for a 1 hour service. Staff friendly and all paper work in order

I highly recommend service stop... Always polite staff collecting your car... I love that I don't have to take time out of work for my car for anything they do all the work... Fantastic

My car was collected and dropped off at my workplace, I was telephoned during the day to be advised how much the invoice would cost and any other work that needed to be undertaken on my car and my choice to have the work undertaken. Really great price too!

Having waited in for my car to be collected, no-one turned up so I rang the "help" number. Apparently, the garage didn't have any drivers available to collect my car so I would need to re-book another appointment. Not acceptable way to treat a customer. Why no phone call to apologise rather than letting me sit waiting for them. Verify unprofessional way to behave - don't use this bunch of cowboys unless you have unlimited time and no urgency in getting the work done.

DO NOT USE SERVICING STOP !!! They took my car on perfect body condition for a service and MOT. Brought it back with an MOT Certificate on the back seat. Driver disappeared. On inspection, the offside front wing was badly damaged. They responded to my complaint but didn't follow up

More expensive than any garage. They quoted £150 for full service & MOT, then tried to charge £90 for spark plugs and exorbitant amounts for pollen filter, engine flush & brake flush. If I had accepted, final bill would have been triple their quote. Don't use these people.

Good morning, We only recommend work to you based on what the garage has found and what is stated on your own manufacturer guidelines, if you don't want to carry out the work it's absolutely fine - The additional work is completely advisory and not compulsory which means you are free to accept or decline any work you wish - it's our job to inform you of the state of your vehicle. I'll give 2 stars just for the relative convenience of the service, but I've had a very similar experience to many others on the list (not actually got the car back yet so hopefully won't get worse). Tried several times to get quotes for additional work on the car in the days running up to the service, as I knew the rear pads and discs need changing, and the brake fluid needed changing. Eventually got through to someone who did manage to get a quote to me for the discs and pads (which ended up being more expensive than Audi!) but was told that the brake fluid would be included in the service. Obviously the guy on the phone has got confused between a brake fluid top-up and changing, so I eventually got a call to say that needed doing as well and it would be extra. The guy who was supposed to be picking up my car called to rearrange to move it to the previous evening, which was a bit of a pain because I had to stay in that evening as well, and he turned up in a battered old Nissan Micra, which doesn't have a panel without a dent in it, so pretty worried about the state my car is going to turn up in! Got the call at 2.45pm to say that my car needs £700 of extra work, and before Dean jumps in to say that these are just advisories based on what the garage says, this seems to happen a lot with your company! I've never had a list of work that expensive from Audi themselves! Won't be using again or recommending! A lot of dealerships are offering free pick up and drop off now, so my advice would be to stick with them!
