Booked and paid for service in advance 28/11/2020 got phone call at 10:10 the day they were supposed to pick up my car before 10:00 01/12/2020 to say they could not pick up the car excuse number one arranged for pick up number two !!!! again car not picked up !!!! phoned 4 times to speak to the non excistant customer service spent 2 hours trying to get through but nothing sent 3 email messages to customer services with also no reply from them on the 4th time of trying the car was actually picked up and funnily enough i received a call from them yes contact !!! but this was to tell me they wanted to add costs to my bill and extra work to be done, when i said i was not interested the guy chris was his name put the phone down on me lol. The worst customer services ive dealt with in the last 40 years stay away from this company if you have any sense You have been warned !!!!!!!!!!!! ex customer Aberdeen

Awful customer service they don’t answer their phone when ringing and do not respond to e mails . They sent me a link for payment which didn’t work before they release your car . Stick to main dealerships

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THIS US A SCAM SITE YOU WILL BE SORRY. THEY TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY DOUBLE THE AGREED AMOUNT AND WONT RELEASE YOUR CAR TRADING STANDARDS ARE INVESTIGATING YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I booked an interim service and MOT for the 7th (a day before my MOT expired). They called me a few days later and asked if it was ok to reschedule to the 9th. I agreed. I got a text (after hours) on the 8th telling me that they had rescheduled me for the 16th and to text back if that was unacceptable. I texted back but heard nothing in response. On the 9th I called customer service and was put on hold for nearly an hour. They said there was nothing they could do and would have to take the appointment on the 16th. I cancelled and asked for a full refund. We shall see if that goes smoothly or not, as nothing else has!! Will definitely advise others not to attempt to use this service

Disgrace of a company...cancelled orginal appointment and have not been able to contact them since. Works paid for and not carried out. Have reported to trading standards...they need closing down.

Failed to collect car took me to chase them only to find out they aren't collecting it on the day I arranged. Then spent 30 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone - they never picked up. Total waster of time! Avoid them at all costs and advise all others to do the same. If I give 0 or negative stars I would. I will be speaking to trading standards to try to get them shut down.

Work not done that paid for, excessive expensive quotes made out to be essential but was not, late drop back for vehicle leaving me stranded. DO NOT USE.

Service Stop took my car on Friday 4th December just before 10am. It is written that the car will be delivered between 4-6pm. Customer services close at 5pm. I have been without my car and still I have heard nothing! I don't know where my car is and no one in customer services is answering....been on the phone for over 30 minutes and still waiting to be answered. I am so dissapointed. I should have stuck to my normal garage....Please someone from this company contact me. I am disabled and need my car!

Picked car up......left at garage.....no contact...no message to pay......car in garage all over weekend.....absolute joke of a company...DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! Never ever again.......make a wide berth from these cowboys.....

What a rip off paid £140 for service and mot got a phone call saying additional works needed that would cost another £340 I asked what the works were and was told, special oil,? pollen filter in winter? and other brake issues? my car has only done 15000 miles. Please do not use this company. You have been warned.

Just had my voyager "serviced " rubbish scammers, nothing has been done at all even service book not stamped . Avoid Avoid Avoid feel used totally £180 pounds in the bin. Glasgow the car Voyager

Please don't waste your time, avoid this company at all costs very rude support, impossible to reach. refuse to tell me where my car is being serviced. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

This company operate only to make money not to satisfy customers in any way at all. I feel sorry for the garages whose reputations are tarnished by hard selling of works at prices that have been inflated by the ‘customer services team’. Nobody answers the phone - 50 mins and gave up. When I didn’t want all the expensive repairs I was quickly dismissed without understanding what the issues were. Needless to say I will never use this company again - the convenience of pick up and delivery supposedly same day was to save me the hassle especially during COVID. Unfortunately Servicestop moved the appointment, then wouldn’t reply to the fact I’d been given incorrect pick up details so wasted half a day but worse spent 4 hours trying to find out where my car was and wasn’t returned that day. The reason I didn’t get my car was that servicestop didn’t inform the garage of payment - obviously because they don’t answer phones!!! Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy the thrill of your bank balance taking a hit and your car going missing. What was meant to be stress free was a shocking experience

Communications are good but cost very high service ok but paid three times more for the tasks undertaken avoid unless you have deep pockets should have known better like the saying goes if it sounds too good then there’s a catch !!!

Car booked in for interim service and mot on 23.11.20 no.onecalled or arrived to pick up car, no reply to phone calls text message next day to say I had cancelled ! Rebooked for 2.12.20 but again no one arrived.no reply to calls only answering mc. As you pay online have they taken the money for a non job? V.Smith Featherstone

I paid full service and MOT for £107 to pick my car 4-10AM but arrived 11:00 and return my car by 16-18:00 but it did not happened they charged me an additional £305 for one tyre replacement, brake fluid, and fallen filter. Will it cost that much? Is a rip off ! So I pay all in all £413 all in! Please if anybody can read this story of mine or this bad experience, never go to this SERVICING STOP LTD. or any authority please do something about it so they won’t victimised other regular citizens!
