Please do not use. Scammed me on price for work which wasn't required for the mot to be passed. Didn't tell me my car wouldn't be back the same day. Don't answer the phone- On hold for 45 mins.

Booked day off work to have service and mot. 1 hour late no collection and no phone call. Do not answer phone, emailed as last resort when they told me the garage had cancelled. Why couldn’t they have informed me? After reading the reviews on here I am glad they never turned up now! Shocking company

Booked mot and service. They didn't turn up......no courtesy call. I emailed to tell them that it was a no show and they replied with... sorry you have cancelled. I tried to book again and the same happened. Pathetic company, never again 😒

I paid for a Full Service and MOT. The garage, which is very honest told me that had not been requested by Service Stop to do a service, just an MOT. That means I have paid well over the odds for an MOT only!!! I am furious.

Awful, garage was ready to do the work and return the car but can't until servicing stop have contacted us to make payment, which they haven't. Been on hold so far for 25 minutes....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lure you in with cheap service price then call you later in the day to say this and that need doing at astronomical prices.They quoted me £77 to change the brake fluid and the garage it was at did it me for £28.Customer service is awful too.STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS

Horrendous company. Lied and sent false invoices. Have sent them numerous legal letters which have been ignored and they will not answer a phone call. I am still fighting my legal case against them where they conned me out of money for work they never done. Do not use this company. I Will never use or recommend them.

Booked a service for £113, car was collected on time , at 13.45 from service stop to tell me the invoice was £300 +, told them to charge the agreed amount for service, also be careful when you go to pay as they add on a figure for your next. Service, will never use them again , customer service who phoned me was arrogant and rude due to the fact that I disagreed with him to the extent he hung up on me, do yourself a favour book with a reputable garage so you know what your paying for, I think there is commission being paid on the amount you pay.

I really need to warn people away from using this firm, the whole customer journey is abysmal. There are plenty of other servicing firms out there, please dont make the same mistake i did. Go elsewhere. I could go on forever but the main things you need to know: 1) Poor IT systems, you dont get notified ( it does however when they want paying) 2) Dont expect your car to be collected on time - make sure when they collect your car you get the name and number of the garage, do not relay on the lack of/no information provided from servicing stop, they blame covid if something goes wrong. 3) They dont send an invoice unless pushed. 4) They dont send a servicing report unless pushed 5) My car was collected friday - servicing stop terms and conditions are they return the same day between 4-6pm , my car was returned monday, you can imagine the stress this caused. 6) I asked for a fair refund to compensate, the service was £164 they refunded me £25 then eventually went up to a whopping £30. If they made a simple phone call to be empathetic and to really understand my situation it really softens the blow, but they will only communicate via email which takes 7 days for a response, that clearly shows the amount of complaints they are dealing with. Stay Away! The car doesn't come back the same day. You get charged way over the price as marked-up and lied to over the phone. I repeatedly tried to contact Servicing Stop throughout the day, giving up and coming back on a few occasions due to not being able to get through, while also expecting a phone call from the garage, to only be told after a 40minute wait that the staff member wasn’t able to get through to the garage to find out what was happening with my car and to wait for the call. At between 4-4.30pm I received a call informing me of the work that was required, the last on the list mentioned was x2 tyres, they said in total it was to cost £900 plus, I said that was way too much the man said I needed the work doing and for example the car hadn’t had my pollen filter changed so that’s needed it doing, but if I liked I could take off the tyres, each tyre was £150 plus, so I said yes to this. I found where my car had been taken too, I asked the man at the garage for a price up of his tyres for my car, he said £60 per tyre, I then asked why then was I to be charged over £150 per tyre!!! Next the list I received: Renew : Brake fluid (Service Advisory) Remove & Refit : Lamps exterior (front) - LED headlamp right (MOT Fail) Remove & Refit : Brackets/supports (Exhaust) (all) (MOT Fail) Remove & Refit : Pollen filter (Service Advisory) Brake Fluid Flush (Service Advisory) long life oil (Service Advisory) As you can see having taken off the tyres, there is mostly "Advisory" items on the list!! i had been informed i needed these things doing. The mark-up on items continues, the bulb: Charged £57.83 and VAT £11.57. Most of the work was being advisory! This wasn’t mentioned at all! I tried to call back but was unable to, therefore having rooted through my previous emails I had found the address of the garage as mentioned that my car was being serviced at and googled for the number of the garage getting through gone 5pm. The staff member at the garage that answered sounded very surprised and asked how I had gotten the number? I explained that I didn’t want all the work doing so required a new email being sent with only the two MOT fails to pay for being done, the man agreed but said he was unable to as it was too late in the day, I explained that the previous staff member from your company had said that it wouldn’t be back on the same day but would be back before I had to go to work in the morning, this annoyed me, the staff member at the garage said that wasn’t realistic either and it wouldn’t be back until tomorrow afternoon!!!!! I explained that I work as an occupational therapist in the community and have 3 patients arranged to see in the morning, the man apologised and explained that he had sent off the information after the service at 11am therefore I should have been informed a lot sooner! I found out the next day from a Service Stop staff member over the phone that it hadn’t been sent to them until gone 3pm, this means one of the staff members had lied to me but either way the car as agreed was not returned on the same day! I found also I had specially said no to the charge for the Long Life Oil and then had been charged for this. They also don't reply to complaints via email. BASICALLY STAY AWAY!

Where do I start? Absolutely horrible company. They are desperately trying to rip people off. They call you after they have done work which you haven’t authorised, they are rude over the phone and unprofessional. They tried to rush me off the phone saying that they have an elderly customer calling so they must hang up. If you trying to reach them they don’t take your call because they “are experiencing long wait times “ They brought my car back SCRATCHED! I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Booked a service, everything went smoothly that day, service done. Vehicle was returned as agreed at the end of the day but more work was required but the parts needed to be ordered. Rebooked 3 days after the date the garage said the parts would arrive. On the day no one showed up to pick up the vehicle. Called the garage and they tell me the parts haven't arrived yet this was the first im hearing about this. Poor communication. Had to call to rebook and was left in the queue on hold for 2hrs?! Finally managed to rebook and got confirmation the part would be there by then. Appointment date arrives and again a no show. Called the garage and they said they'd call me back. At this point I'm done. Poor communication. Unreliable. Time wasters. Lack of paperwork on work actually done to the vehicle. If you get a basic service you should be ok but honestly not worth the risk. Your money would be better going to a company that values their customers and has basic mutual respect of completing the tasks they were hired to do.

I urge no one to use this company. They are con artists. I booked my car in for an Interim service last month, costing £90. I received a phone message the next day from a guy named Louis saying work could be not done that day, and he would re-book for following day. Needed the car that day, so cancelled work online. Have never received refund, have tried phoning them, emailing them but no luck. That was on 24th Nov. The matter is now with my bank to see if they can get my money back. AVOID at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Non existent customer a service, every number either rings out or states line is busy. Car returned nearly a day later than it should have been leaving me with no way of getting to work. Company called an hour after the car was due back with “recommendations” for loads of expensive work. Man on the phone was extremely rude and speaking to me like I was an idiot. I politely declined any further services and stated I would just like the car returning as it was already late only to be told there was no one to return it at this time and it would be bought back first thing in the morning.... not. Never been so happy to see my car in my life. Luckily the garage it’d gone to were extremely helpful and returned the car to me but they had had no contact from service stop so if I hadn’t had gone to them direct it would have been there days! Would never use service stop again or recommend them to anyone.

Wish I read these reviews first! Same thing has happened to me. Booked a service and paid £161 in advance (for a 8% discount.) The car was collected, then I got the up-sale call from new heater filters (car is 2 years old!) When I declined the guy got shirty and told me my car will now be out of warranty and slammed the phone down. Then I got a text to pay a further £67 of they wouldn't return my car! Tried to call them but no answer. Absolute con artists.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILED TO PICK UP CAR ON 3 OCCASIONS NEVER ANSWERED THERE PHONE ON 4 OCCASIONS WAITING A TOTAL OF 2 HOURS, ALSO NEVER REPLIED TO 3 E MAILS FUNNILY ENOUGH WHEN THE CAR WAS GETTING SERVICED I WAS CALLED LOL TO ASK TO PAY FOR EXTRAS !!!! WHEN I REFUSED THE GUY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME YES YOU CHRIS!!! CUSTOMER SERVICES MY ARSE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS
