“Everything happened as was promised and our car is fine, It was collected at 8.20am by the representative,from the garage ,who was cheerful and informative.I'm not a mechanic so I assume that everything on the garage tick list was done, Certainly had no reason to think otherwise. The car passed its MOT with full report, and also the silver service was completed. Quite a saving from what I would have paid to the local main agent. The head office "Service Stop" contacted me, mid afternoon,to say that the MOT and Service work was finished and to arrange for me to pay online by CC , there was no extra charge for special oil as our car didn't require any, just standard engine oil which was included in the standard Service fee. I was quite happy with everything and the same representative returned the car in the late afternoon as previously arranged. Will definitely consider using again, after saving about £100. on a regular service and MOT.”
