The price of a service is very good. However, I am less keen on the attempt to sell me non-essential extras, like 'engine flushes' that woudl bump the price up.

The first thing that went wrong was they told me that changing break fluid was a legal requirement on a service. Then they forgot to add VAT when quoting me for break fluid change. The next was they told me there was a engine management warning light on that needed investigating. It was in fact the reminder light informing me the car needed a service. When I complained they told me it was me that was in the wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was away and I would have to email him. My emails have been ignored. Absolutely terrible. Do not use

Collection and return went well but as no one has bothered to return my calls or email on questions of charges I can only assume I have been well and truly ripped off. Should you wish to contact me ref number is 817922 you have my details.

Good morning Martin, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed our collection and delivery service but it's a shame to hear you experienced an issue with your pricing. I can see that we sent you an itemised invoice detailing each item and can see you spoke with you and your partner spoke to George; your personal service adviser for the day, who explained all of the prices for each item recommended by the garage. Your brake fluid is due every two years according to your manufacturers guidelines and your rear pads were worn. Your car requires a specialist oil as per your manufacturer guidelines - we do not determine this but simply advise to you the correct oil, if you would lie to find out more about what oil your car requires and why please visit an independent site: www.commaoil.com and enter your registration into the product finder - this website will give you a detailed description of what oil your car requires and why. While it's important we inform you of any work required on your vehicle - we made it clear to you that it was your choice to accept the work recommendations or take the advice elsewhere. Your adviser George was able to guide you through the recommendations and was available via phone and email. Simple process to organise a MOT - collection and delivery from/to my home and on the same day was just amazing. Great guys and honest/cost effective repair to my car allowing me to be back on the road that evening. Thanks

They were four hours late collecting my car on the Thursday. They didn't return my car that evening. They were four hours late returning the car the next day. It had a flat tyre when it was returned. They hadn't fixed the boot lock as requested which meant the boot wasn't lockable so I had to take it immediately to another garage to get that fixed as I couldn't lock the boot. The new garage pointed out that the oil hadn't been changed as the sump plug hadn't been touched in over a year. It was supposed to have had a full service, so this was obviously not done which means the oil filter wasn't changed. What else did they not bother doing? They didn't clean the car not that that's the end of the world. I wasted two days for the privilege of having the car collected and returned. It would have been easier and quicker taking it to the garage myself. At least then I would have seen the dodgy garage it was taken to. Absolutely appalling service that I will now have to have done again as I don't trust anything that they have (or haven't done). A costly mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR AND YOUR BANK BALANCE...!!!!!!

Everything happened as was promised and our car is fine, It was collected at 8.20am by the representative,from the garage ,who was cheerful and informative.I'm not a mechanic so I assume that everything on the garage tick list was done, Certainly had no reason to think otherwise. The car passed its MOT with full report, and also the silver service was completed. Quite a saving from what I would have paid to the local main agent. The head office "Service Stop" contacted me, mid afternoon,to say that the MOT and Service work was finished and to arrange for me to pay online by CC , there was no extra charge for special oil as our car didn't require any, just standard engine oil which was included in the standard Service fee. I was quite happy with everything and the same representative returned the car in the late afternoon as previously arranged. Will definitely consider using again, after saving about £100. on a regular service and MOT.

Excellent service. Collected and delivered as arranged, the driver even jumpstarted my car as the battery was flat due to lack of use during bad weather. Have recommended to my family and friends.
