“Booked appointment to collect on Monday but never turned to collect the car. When spoke to customer care said that your appointment has been cancelled due to overbooking without letting me know. Waste of a day off from work. Never again with this people.”

Good morning Rajendiran, I'm sorry to hear you had a wasted day from work but we were not overbooked - unfortunately the driver came to your home address to collect the vehicle on Monday morning as you had requested between the hours of 8 - 10am, they phoned you on both numbers provided as did our adviser in the office but there was no answer from your phones and no one available to hand over the vehicle or keys. We desperately tried to call you to arrange the collection but as there was no answer from you so we simply had to cancel. I can see that you have only spoken with your allocated service adviser who let you know that we had attempted to pick up the car, he left a message for you offering to rebook for an alternative date. He also advised you that if you wished to progress with a formal complaint you could speak to our Customer Care team. If you would like to re-book with us please do ensure you answer your phones from us on the morning of the booking - we ask for two alternative numbers to ensure we can always reach you. “Had my car serviced and mot October last year , service was fab from start to finish , i nice friendly face came to my door picked the car up and returned it later that day 10/10 will be using them again”
