Just an MOT today, but despite the conditions following the Beast from the East, my car was collected on time, was returned well before expected and all done. Being quite a bit cheaper too made a big difference.

Collection was hour n half late my vehicle went to a different garage that I was not informed of I emailed my concerns 9 days ago and have had no feedback utterly unreliable

Used them last year for my MoT. Since found out I was charged 3 times the price for work, it wasn’t needed and if it was both sides should have been done. Cost me extra to get it all corrected. Don’t be fooled by offers of cheap deals and ease of use, could turn out costly

I had bad experience with my first booking, I have specifically left to pick up my car between 9.30 to 10am. I have been waiting for an hour a half. So tired to call the customer service then they said that they have been trying to contact me, their reason nobody's answering the phone ( landline), and there is a mobile phone as well. which to think if your are collecting the car for service you have to go personally and knock on the door. So I have to re scheduled it the following week, which the customer service suggested Tuesday and all agreed our plan. Then received an email that my car service will be Friday 9th of March instead of Tuesday. I was really furious and disatisfied. Poorly recommended and what a hassle to your daily activities. I was expecting a very high service and No updates from the company.

It’s not possible to give 0 stars or I would. Booked my car in for MOT and full service. Arranged day off work and for a taxi to collect my children as a single mum and the school Is to far to walk, over 10 miles. To then be called an hour before the car is to be collected to cancel. No explanation given. Said they can do it tomorrow instead. If I could do it tomorrow then I would have booked tomorrow but needed it done today. Bad service and garage. Ended up paying more for an MOT but it was an honest garage. Will not be using servicing stop or recommend them to anyone, I will tell people to stay away.

had terrible service, I paid them to collect my car and service it. they asked if i wanted to pay £70.00 for a top up of brake fluid, which i straight away declined as the price was ridicules. when they dropped my car off the young lad told me i needed a new clutch but to ring them direct as it would be cheaper than going through service stop, and advised it would cost about £500.00. I was livid as id just brought the car a few days before. I had my clutch checked by a mechanic who advised it was fine and they were trying to rip me off. anyway a few months later my car broke down and i was told by my local garage that the DPF filter was jammed full and needed either unblocking or replacing. I paid him £441.00 and had 3 days off work unpaid as I couldn't get to work. The garage then told me it was due to not being serviced recently and that the oil was like BLACK TRECLE and the oil plug had not been removed for a while to drain the oil. He even put this in a report for me. I raised a complaint and it was completely thrown out and not dealt with correctly so i resorted to putting feedback on their Facebook page to which they deleted and blocked me from the page, if this isn’t a guilty company I don’t know what it. I have now had to resort to a small claims court to claim my money back.

Booked my car for a full service & mot 2 months in advance. I put on the form that there is no parking available for the garage collecting my car to leave their car. The day comes, the garage were 2 hours late collecting it and then I get a phone call asking where to park. When I explained there is no parking and it was on my form, the woman was very rude and said no it wasn’t, well we weren’t informed about that from servicing stop. The garage then cancelled my mot and service and said it’s not their problem I will have to take it up with servicing stop. Absolutely disgusted with the service and I was then left without an MOT for 2 days while I found another garage! I will not be booking with servicing stop again.

Rip off. Advertised as 80 quid but I doubt anyone actually pays that. My mums' came to over 300! The 80 advertised is just for looking at the car, anything like changing oil etc. which always needs doing at a service is extra. Also, awful customer service. My service was moved 4 times. Impossible to get through to them on the phone, just spend ages on hold. Also takes forever to get a response via email. Luckily my mum warned me of this company before my service ever happened so now I'm booked with a garage near me for a pre-agreed price I can trust.

They could not pickup my car on the day of my booking. They offered me Mot service if I drop off my car four days later in Leicester !!! Nothing wrong you think ? I live in Wells so this is just 250 km away from my home !!! Great service !!! Wouldn't recommend . 😡😡😡👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Car was not collected on time and was not delivered on time. This sort of service is used as a convenience so you can get on with your life and forget about it. I spent the day waiting and wasted the whole day chasing up the company. Not good. Very disappointed.

Despite the weather the garage arrived as arranged to collect the vehicle and service and MOT completed and vehicle returned. Communication and payment process easy and fuss free. Good service good pricing I would happily recommend Servicing Stop

the price of the intrim service was the winner, the garage was close to my home and the garage manager was very accomadating. worst part was the failure to return my calls and not being able to get through to pay my bill which delayed me from completing my days schedule

As advertised service good in most aspects except those OAPS without laptops/computers cannot settle a/c immediately to release car over the phone without ref back to H/O clearance... This means extra expense in ph calls for garage/franchise & delay for customers awaiting clearance!
