Echoing other reviews below. Impossible to get hold of the company. They tried to call while I was busy, then spent an hour on hold.
The vehicle had passed MOT and was services, but they tried to push up to £400 on things I didn't need or want, and applied a lot of pressure when I said no. Stick with someone like Fixter.
