“Echoing other reviews below. Impossible to get hold of the company. They tried to call while I was busy, then spent an hour on hold. The vehicle had passed MOT and was services, but they tried to push up to £400 on things I didn't need or want, and applied a lot of pressure when I said no. Stick with someone like Fixter.”

“Paid for car service mot upfront had them phone us ball joint has gone two tires and drivers seatbelt is frayed they have quoted 1700 for the work we said no bring it back to us they then said we can’t because it is illegal to drive we then had to pay them an extra 30 for the oil fair enough go on line to pay and they have charged us another 125 99 for no reason can’t get hold of them will be going to trading standards and the police if my car is not released to us today complete scam artists do not touch them”

“Appalling dishonest company garage billed 350quid charged 823!! For advisory work. Absolute cowboys especially in these times. AVOID THESE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!”

“Disgusting company , they were late collecting car and returning it. Called me for other works with little time to reflect and calculate. I declined all but one, However managed to source a reputable place for high priorities to be completed saving 3/4 of the price they quoted. Communication very poor , no answer or responses to my email. Very rude staff who quoted me, and they didn’t park my car the way they found it. Ripped off 160:00 just for ticks for checks. I will never ever use these people again. You cannot even see where your vehicle is being held.”

“Wish I read other reviews before booking. Was booked in for an MOT and service, car supposed to be collected today between 0800hrs and 1000hrs. Received a call at 0810hrs to say they can't fit me in, and will need to rearrange for a different day. Nice of them to wait until the car should be getting picked up to tell me that it wouldn't. Won't use this service again. To be fair, the CS was very polite.”

“Awful company. Tried shafting me for for more money and didn’t even list the advisories they mentioned over the phone. They try adding additional charges and holding your car to ransom. DO NOT USE I ONLY WISH I HAD READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFOREHAND! ACOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!”

“Awful experience Tried getting more money out of me and then hung up when I wouldn’t agree to the extra work I do not believe any service was ever carried out Trying to get a refund and have contacted customer services”

“TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS tried charging £560 and refused to return my car. I phoned local independent garage to compare prices they quoted £160 and this garage informed me to phone police if servicing stop do not return car.... Needless to say I refused any work to be carried out by servicing stop they eventually return the car after threatening to call police.”

“Don't be trapped by their ads with big discount. I lost £500 to get my car back and found they hold up my car for 6 days for nothing. They did not answer my phone, voice mail or email. They team up with this garage in Unit 8 RM8 1HJ to take advantage on car owners.”

“Very bad experience, would never use them again for a service on any car. Take you in with an introductory offer, then slap on the costs and tell you they will not release the car until the bill is paid, having already paid for a full service and MOT. Fortunately I have a mechanic in the family who advised me that everything he said I had to pay exrta for, should've been in with the cost of the full service. CLEARLY trying to pull a fast one on unwitting customers. I agreed to pay a bit extra for an oil change as apparently the car was on the ramp and they needed the money paid there and then for them to do the oil change to release the car or they would keep the car all weekend, but 10 minutes later the car is outside my front door with all the work supposedly complete, clearly didn't do the work I paid for. Total rip off merchants.”

“the frustration I feel towards this company is now at boiling point. I booked my mum's car in last week, I prepaid £130 they didn't arrive to pick it up,no contact from them. When I called they said oh the guy who picks up is sick and the email telling us went to the wrong email address. As you can guess no refund has appeared in my bank, I've sent numerous emails, no response. I have spend hours holding to speak to someone only to be put through to mobile voicemails after holding for 20 mins+ each time. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE”

“SCAMMERS!! booked in for an interim service and was called back later telling me that the work needed was going to cost £360! Baring in mind this car had an MOT 8 months ago and no recommendations were found. Forcing the car back without work done I looked elsewhere and found that service stop are charging over double the going rate! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!”

“This service is screwed up... They "serviced" my car, but they didn't. They quoted me 1000 pounds to change my wheel bearings and brake discs + long life oil.. 😂 I need to see if its possible to take my money back”

“ Stop First things first you book a date and they change it! I paid for an MOT and service upfront taking advantage of the discount. Car is collected so far so good. They ring later speaking to my wife with a list of jobs that want doing. Brake oil, plugs and a drive belt. £189 for a drive belt that cost £24 in Halfords! Brake oil that the device report stated was OK so why did they charge me for it. So the guy Vik or Vikrum tells my wife he is the mechanic, cars in the ramp and he needs a decision yes or no. He gets irate when my wife says she will call me. He tells her its £475. After speaking to me she rings him and he says to pay on line she asks 3 time to confirm the price as £475 and this Vik bloke confirms that's correct. She goes on line and its £515. She panics and pays because he has put her under pressure to answer and pay quickly otherwise we wont get the car back that night. We try 11 times to call him to get clarification of the costs because they have charged me the service and MOT again when I have already paid for it. Each time he hangs up the phone. The car doesn't arrive that night. We try again 6 times to call and get no response or just joined a queue that never moves. We call the garage and they can't find the car. Have we been scammed. My wife is stressing out and no one can be contacting including the garage. We eventually get through on another number to the garage who suddenly and miraculously find our car after threatening to call the police. Because we thought the car had been stolen we were advised to cancel our card. Another inconvenience. They have not returned any messages. They have not replied to any e mails. Basically they take your money and hide. Take my advise do not use these cowboys. Stay well away.... Why after all these comments on Trust pilot is somebody not doing something about this company??”

“SCAM ARTISTS PLEASE STAY AWAY.....If you ever take notice of any post please I hope it's this one. Please please please the elderly, Vulnerable or soft natured people do not use this company they are scam artists that will legally MUG you for as much as they can possibly get not just over charge but double or triple the going rate.”

“Absolute cowboys, booked service they phoned saying i need additional work totaling around £150 when access the invoice was £542, I tried calling and emailing to stop any work just the service. I found the garage and was informed that they had only carried out the service and no additional work or advisorys were found. I have now had over a dozen emails stating that my car will not be released unless paid for work that has not been undertaken. i have taken the car and after visiting a Halfords garage today have been advised that the front tyres and discs are below mandatory limits and would have failed over the next few weeks. I am now doubting whether any work was carried out on the car. Avoid these jokers they are nothing more than scammers working to try and get people to undertake work that is not necessary I would have given no stars if possible”
