DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CON ARTISTS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE!! CHARGE FOR WORK THAT DOESN'T NEED DOING. YOU CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR VEHICLE AND ONLY RELEASE THE VEHICLE ONCE YOU PAY OVER A £1500

All, never ever fell into trap of this low servicing guys,they are day light dacoits, for a wiper blade they charged me 49£ what on earth brand they are using for a corolla, for the call to be connected for customer support it took more than 56 minutes each time and the guys attend the call wont listen to you,they are rude and pathetic, I thought my home country guys are worst but a developed nation holding these guys proved me wrong. After they dropped my car and left the keys inside the car, when I about the check the car,delivery guys ran away without any update what has done. I am sure that the servicing center has also done nothing. This is truly disappointing and disturbing.

A complete scam. Dragons den deny any involvement. Low quote for service but they then ring you and say for service stamp extra items needed. Charged me £60 +vat for pollen filter, actual cost £11. Brake fluid needs changing, charged for it but not replaced. Dont blame the garage that did the work, they only went with Servicing stop due to covid. Servicing stop will not tell you the name of garage or phone number but I found that out by search of address. Car was not returned same day as promised, no phone call or email to explain why. My £66 service ended up costing me £267 which I had to pay or car would not be returned. Service book not stamped but that could be a blessing if I sell the car. Prospective buyers would see that and think I didnt care about the car to use such conmen.

If sometime sounds too good beware. I was fooled by the cheap price of the full service and prepaid to get extra discount. Failed to collect on two occasions which in hindsight I’m glad they never did. Could get get email response as no one answers phones. Asked for refund after reading poor reviews (which are not on their site. Probably all fake judging by all the similar positive comments). Got refund after lots of emails. Informed them if no refund I would go to trading standards and start dispute of payment with my bank. Went to local garage cost more (£70 more) but did all the work as listed. You pay for what you get.

Patronise this company at your own risk!! These company is a rip-off!! I should have read previous reviews. They scammed me of my money and did not service my vehicle. Booking Reference: 1244191 Service paid for: Servicing of Vehicle and MOT via servicing stop. My vehicle was booked at SAI MOT CENTER 113a Hardy Road SW19 1JB OFF MERTON HIGH STREET. My Complaint: 1). I was expecting the driver to collect my vehicle between 8am -10am as per your policy. No one turned up. I got a phone call at 09:54am and a staff from the Garage stated that the driver who should have visited fell sick. So my vehicle got picked up at 11am. 2). Chris from servicing stop phoned me around 3pm to update me about my vehicle. This guy was very RUDE, disrespectful and kept speaking in a hurry. He could not wait to get off the phone and I told him several times that he was speaking too fast for me to hear him. He ignored and carried on telling me that my vehicle did not pass MOT so l need to pay £1,350 for it to pass. I asked what is the money for? He rudely answered me saying: l already told you want it is for; or better still l will send you an email. This staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful on the phone. At the end of the conversation; l still did not know why l should pay £1,350 pounds for, so l asked that my vehicle be returned immediately. 3). I asked Chris if my vehicle was serviced and l did not get a response to that question. So l paid for servicing and MOT yet my vehicle was not SERVICED? 4). Despite calling servicing stop to make a complaint, their phone was engaged all day; so I phoned the Garage (Sai mot centre) and the guy told me that my vehicle will be delivered back to me. My vehicle was supposed to be delivered between 4pm and 6pm as per your policy and agreement. But the driver turned up at my door at 7pm, an hour late. No apologies, nothing from him. He dropped the key through my letter box as l was opening the door. I opened the door and asked him for receipt of servicing my vehicle. He told me he is just a driver and that he does not know anything about it. The Garage also claimed they do not know anything about it. So apparently no proof that my vehicle was serviced? No email from servicing stop to show receipt of servicing and what was serviced in the vehicle? l am appalled at how this company has deteriorated and the way customers are been ripped off their money. Resolution: 1). I want proof of receipt of the service that was done in my vehicle. I want details of what was actually done in it via email. 2). I will be escalating this to the financial ombudsmen services if this complaint goes unaddressed in the next 3 working days. 3). I will be leaving a detailed feedback on all review site so people do not get ripped off by your organisation; as l believe that l have been scammed of my money.

This company is a rip off , they first quote you a low price for MOT and full service and then charge heaps for 'extras'. Very difficult to contact as the phone number given on the website only puts you on hold but do not answer the call. No Invoice given for work carried out ,service record book not stamped, engine warning light indicating service due still lights up. Servicing stop is a third party only ,the garage that does the work will not communicate with you but refer you back to Servicing stop. Will not be using them again, Will use a reliable local garage next time.

A shambles of a service!! Customer service is an absolute joke! Agent has been told what the issue is with my car by the garage and the garage has even called me directly to ask me if I know what is going on as the agent has gone missing!! Won't ever use these people again!!!

Do not be fooled by this company. They are agent. They will refer you to a garage to do your MOT test. They charge tooooooo much for all the extra work. On top of that, you cannot verify to the garage what they charge you is true because the garage is not allowed to release a report. Do not use this company. There is no transparency.

Booked in for a service, was informed I needed new front brake pads (extra £300) paid the money and had my car returned. Had 2 new front tyres fitted today and the pads have not been renewed, not only ripping me off but potentially driving a dangerous vehicle. They will not answer the phone, almost impossible to get in touch with them, avoid at all costs

Booked car in for service and mot and paid upfront was told car would be collected between 8am-10am waited till 10am rang and on hold for over half an hour no answer on any numbers Rang the garage whom said they no longer deal with them and my car is not booked in !!!

I booked the service and they collect the car all day about 10 hours And after they drop the car off I check it they didn’t change the oil or oil filter or air filter So try to call them no answer So save ur money Service with proper garage

I really need to warn people away from using this firm, the whole customer journey is abysmal. There are plenty of other servicing firms out there, please dont make the same mistake i did. Go elsewhere. I could go on forever but the main things you need to know: 1) Poor IT systems, you dont get notified ( it does however when they want paying) 2) Dont expect your car to be collected on time - make sure when they collect your car you get the name and number of the garage, do not relay on the lack of/no information provided from servicing stop, they blame covid if something goes wrong. 3) They dont send an invoice unless pushed. 4) They dont send a servicing report unless pushed 5) My car was collected friday - servicing stop terms and conditions are they return the same day between 4-6pm , my car was returned monday, you can imagine the stress this caused. 6) I asked for a fair refund to compensate, the service was £164 they refunded me £25 then eventually went up to a whopping £30. If they made a simple phone call to be empathetic and to really understand my situation it really softens the blow, but they will only communicate via email which takes 7 days for a response, that clearly shows the amount of complaints they are dealing with. Avoid. Firstly booked for last Friday they called saying they can't pick up the car ((( And Saturday was my last day for MOT. Then they rebooked to Monday. And nightmare began ))) Absolutely poor communication. I called them four times, waiting time was 40+ minutes each time and no reply. They called me once and it was a big pressure to agree as quicker as possible on their additional services: tyre replacement, belt replacement, filters, etc. They said I do not have a chance to choose the tyre brand and at the end I have noname and can't find another pairs to fit another side online ((( When I said that I need some time to have a think it was another pressure that they are extremely busy and I do not have time. At the end they just sent an email with the minimum service has to be done to pass MOT and link to pay!!! So you had not control of what is going on with your car, no chance to choose from brands/parts, no chance to call and discuss ANY options, nobody is picking up phones. On top very overpriced. So search your own local garages to have full control. Strongly to avoid.

Big mistake that I didn’t read reviews before. Service which would cost me at local garage around £150 including MOT, cost me almost £500 and they wanted much more than that. Car was booked for full service and MOT, I paid in advance £151,93. On the day of service they picked up the car on time, performed MOT, which car has failed on cracked ball joint/gator dust cover. Then I got a phone from Servicing Stop, stating that to replace gator cover with tracking it’s gonna cost me £198 + VAT. Then he informed me that I have to pay additional £24 + VAT for specialist oil + £54 + VAT for engine flush. I wanted them to replace pollen filter so they quoted additional £70 something + VAT where I know that pollen filter for my car cost £10. Then he said that my auxiliary belt need to be replaced at cost something around £200. Bare in mind that my previous MOT was still valid for another 2 months and I did around 1000 miles since last MOT where there was no sign of wear on gator covers or auxiliary belt. After returning car to me I’ve checked 1 point of their full service list which was lubricating the hinges and there was no sign at all of lubricating them which again makes me believe that they didn’t perform most of the checks if any at all from their list plus I’m pretty sure that if they replaced this dust cover they have damaged the old one on purpose. Another thing is what was mentioned on other reviews, that it’s pretty much impossible to get in touch with them over the phone. Phone no on the website, they just put you on hold for hours, and the other phone no which they have text me to call after I had missed call from them doesn’t work.

Awful, awful company. Firstly, a rip off with the amount you end up paying with the add ons that “need” to be done. Secondly, was promised the car would be returned the same day however that was not the case and when trying to contract them to see what’s happened, there was no way of contacting anyone. My car was not returned and I ended up missing work the next day. I went to the garage myself to pick it up where my car was literally being held hostage and they refused to give it back because I hadn’t paid despite me sending evidence of payment the day before!! After the garage eventually got through to them on the phone, they realised it was through their own fault that they thought I hadn’t paid and I had in fact paid. Please DO NOT use this company!!

Rip off company Using the trust that we place on them to rip you off with prices that exceed half of the price that a mechanic would charge you And all what they do is contacting a service to asje them if they can collect the car They don't make sur of anything regarding your car repair they just add there charges for every work you have to do in your car I accept the fact that they charge they have to eat too But doubling the price is a rip off and should be illegal No trust

I guess if everything goes you may get a competitive price although you have to be carefully and not accept any extra job other then the service you booked. But when it goes wrong you are simply ignored. In my case the coolant was not top up. Of course it is not then end of the world but top up must be done during the car servicing. After two months of emails and phone calls, two promises car collection that never materialised my car is still not fixed and my emails are ignores. I am not a difficult customer but I want to get the service I paid for. In conclusion; if you want to risk it go ahead, but personally I value more customers service than a couples of pounds and therefore I do not recommend this company and I won’t be using them ever again.
