booked service for my mum, should have been picked up between 9-10am I rang them at 10.45 as no pick up the lady rang the garage and then told me they were running late but would be here by 12 I rang again at 12.45 and cancelled and I’m glad I did as hadn’t read the awful reviews on here. there was absolutely no communication during the time we waited disgraceful

the worst service I've ever had , they propose that the price of 141 for full service, and the final price is 580 scammers !!!! I am waiting for a call for a long time...

Absolutely terrible service. Three attempts to book my car service in. Two were cancelled within days after organising to work from home. We were told the issues would be fixed by June so booked a 3rd time for tomorrow and was called today to say no-one could pick up my car and we had to drive 19 miles to a garage and sit there all day whilst they did the service. Meanwhile the website still shows availability for our postcode. No one took our complaint seriously. Terrible! Avoid at all costs.

Offer discounted prices then hike up the price with “advisories” that need doing. Edits completion of the job. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Lesson learned, never again!

Once again service stop have charged me excessively, £267.60 for replacing the front suspension spring, local garage, Kwik fit, National Tyres price is £169, £98.60 difference! Also, they wanted £350 for two continental tyres, I got them from Kwik fit for £206, £144 difference! Last year, you wanted £35 to change rear indicator bulbs, because colour had faded, cost me £12. Not to mention the damage done to my car in May 2017, rear wing scratched against neighbours fence, tyre ripped, excessive mileage, the guy had gone on joy ride with the roof down, musician full volume, kid's foot prints on passenger seat. The local garage denied all this and the manager from Dack Motor's got aggressive with me. I asked the guy who checked the rear brakes if he saw the damaged rear wing, he said he couldn't remember. Six months later after numerous phone calls and e-mails to stop service they covered the paint damage and tyre cost!

Wish i read the reviews before hand. Total nightmare. My mot runs out on the 6th of the month. I booked an mot and service for the 3rd. All apeared well. On the day no one turned up to collect my vehicle. I called them and apparently i didnt reply to their confirmation txt. (Which i didnt recieve) then they said they cant get me in today. So they asked if i could be booked in any other time but they cant. Then i said what about the 6th? They said yes but just for an mot. I needed a service to get me through the mot. They couldnt collect from my work place and they had no garages in that area (forest of dean?) And they only had 1 garage in the whole of gloucester. Which is the 1 that couldnt take my car. Totaly disguisting service that leaves their customers in a vulnerable position. I now only have 2 days to find another garage to have an mot and service. I realy would not suggest anyone use this service unless they like to struggle after being let down. I will NEVER! Use this service again. And rather than reccomend i shal advise ppl not to use this service.

Service was fine. Collected and delivered the same day. Plenty of suggestions for extra work but none of it was a hard sell and I didn’t feel pressured. In the end I paid exactly what was quoted. Would recommend if you’re after a cheap service and as in our case, ideal if you’re just servicing to sell your vehicle.

They cancelled last minute the booked MOT for me and my friend as well. I booked the service online 3 weeks earlier, my MOT is experied on Friday, they cancelled Thursday afternoon. They left me in the situation to find a new garage urgent who accepted my car for double amount. Never again! My friend also tried to contact them several times after the cancellation but they did not respond at all.

Do not use this company! Having always used dealerships in the past we were tempted to give them a go. What a mistake, I was called to make a payment and was just given the hard sell by the caller, join this, pay extra for that. I was asked to replace items which weren’t needed. I ended up paying £600 for brake pads which Mercedes would have charged half of that. Lesson learned! Stay clear, absolute rip off!!

Car picked up late Refused to fill the car up with fuel even though I offered them cash ( so I had to leave work to do it myself ). Clearly overcharged for any work which “needed” doing. On hold for well over an hour to be told I wouldn’t have my car on the same day (this was at 7:50pm) although being told my car was out for delivery at 6:00pm They then refused to deliver the car to my home address the following day. Then to find that the work I payed for was put as an advisory on the MOT which I also paid for. No communication I quote “we don’t deal with compensation” as I had to cancel a days work due to not having my vehicle for the next day!...due to their company. Worst service ever is an understatement. Will never use again and will happily advise others to do the same.

DO NOT USE. Absolutely terrible experience. Car collected late for MOT and service and not returned the same day. Call to Customer Service was useless. Car not returned till midday the following day. Reply to complaint letter was a pack of lies. AVOID AT ALL COST

Avoid at all costs. Car was picked up Friday morning. Had a call at 3.30 telling me my car would be back between 4 and 6 so waited around for them. Tried calling office several times, the options on phone system either cut you off or put you on hold for 30minutes. Finally got through just before 8pm and was told car was still on its way and if it doesn't arrive I would have to call back into the office again in the morning. Following morning tried to call but couldn't get through again, have sent them 5 emails but they don't bother responding. In the end I tracked down the garage doing the work and called them directly, they had notified servicing stop at 3.30 on Friday that the car couldn't be returned and would need to be collected. I had to get a taxi 15 miles to the garage to collect my own car. It's now Sunday and Servicing stop have not called me or bothered responding to any emails. Absolute joke of a company delivering a shocking service!

MOT highlighted the need for two new tyres which was fine. However I was charged £132 for tyres I could have got fitted by another national tyre company for £76 but that wasn’t the worst, the worst was that even though the tyres may have been unused they were very dirty and were 4 years old. Given tyres only have a life expectancy of 6 years according to the DOT this is truly outrageous

Servicing stop is totally a bad service, first time I was waiting for the person to collect my car I got the call he was on the way, and he did not show, I was waiting for 2hours, I've ask for a new booking and they make me waiting for more than 1 week, so I booked online, they promised a discount but they never told me the price or how much discount. Then today for the second time they miss my appointment for full service and MOT, and they did not call me. I am shocked 👎1 star is a lot.

Well overpriced but you wouldn't know it until you have to get the extra works done by them and unless you compare. My Nissan Qashqai 12 reg 77k mileage passed the MOT without any issues last year from a local garage but this time it failed for 7 reasons! and many advisories!! They initially told me my MOT failed and I should get the works done to pass MOT and it would cost me more than 1000 pounds. Then Mr Aziz from servicing Stop told me he would give me a very good discount and after discount my total bill came up 678 pounds. I agreed the price even though it still sounded overpriced because i had to go to a night shift on that evening but they failed to deliver my car on that evening . The very next morning I compared the bill with 3 independent garages they all said the price was very overpriced. None of them quoted me more than £400! When I told them I checked the prices and it was too high their manager Mr Danial told me I should have compared with the Nissan dealer price. I told them if I could pay dealer price why did I come to you? Also they couldn't deliver my car on the same day as they promised. Around 5pm their adviser Mr Aziz told me they can not deliver my car on that day. They gave me only £30 discount due to my inconvenience. I had a night shift on that evening and I work in a remote area, I had to suffer a lot to go to my work on that night as i had to use cab》train》cab to reach and I was almost 2 hours late for work. It's been now 5 days my car is still with them as they wouldn't give my car back until I pay the full amount. Mr Aziz also threatened me saying I can not drive with a failed MOT car, otherwise police going to catch me. I was scared hearing that and that's why I didn't cancel the job. However, after research I found that he gave me wrong information, as my MOT expires on the 16th April and my work was done on the 9th April and there was no dangerous fault on the investigation list, I could still cancel the work and could do the MOT with another garage next day. You can check online my car reg LV12 DUY. I will open a case against them to the office of fair trade , resolver and will take it a lot further. I genuinely felt the garage created lots of extra works to make money.

zero response from a zero service company Appalling service, You book online, quick, easy great You ask them to use email as you can't answer phone at work They email to confirm no issues raised and ask you to respond to confirm You do They phone you, can't answer your at work They text you and tell you, you have to phone them to confirm You can't you're at work You can't text back to the number Great they email you can phone an 0800 or email Twenty minutes in no one answers the phone You email No response six emails later, collection date and time passed, no collection, no service, no MOT, no response. Organise another MOT by tomorrow cause they couldn't be bothered to reply all week Zero chance Bunch of cowboys don't waste your time
