Do not go with them as they was suppose to come n get my partners car this morning between 8-10 am and never turned up, he emailed them n never got a email back. Good job he never paid them x

BEWARE! DO NOT USE!! They take a booking and confirm a collection tine before ACTUALLY confirming they have someone to pick up the car! I booked and confirmed collection between 8 and 10am. They contacted me the day before and said there's no one to collect but if I'd be happy to take the time off work and drive a 60 mile round trip they could fit me in!!! What a way to do business. If this is how they treat customers before they even get the car you can imagine how your car is treated once they have it!

Think twice before using this company. I was charged over £500 for servicing my one litre car, this is £200 more than the authorised dealer would have charged. I was telephoned to ask if I would agree to extra work being done which I did then had second thoughts. I telephoned servicing stop back within ten minutes and they said I was too late and that the extra work had already been done.

Unreliable. Booked MOT with them 9 days ago today after a text I rang and they said they couldn't do it and yet it is still 8 days away.

Booked several weeks in advance, an MOT and interim service. Should have been collected between 8-10am, no-one came, so at 11.30 phoned the company. Promised a phone call from the garage, again, nothing. Cancelled. I have emailed a complaint, surprisingly, no response, apart from a follow up email offered a £25 discount. Wasted a morning waiting around, no apology or reason. Steer clear of this "service"

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! This should be reported for fraud. My car was failed for MOT for serious fault. The advised faults over the phone did not match what was on MOT. They quoted my around £800 for work that was not required. I took the car off them, towed to another MOT centre, got full work done including towing cost me around £200.

Since when does a full service not include changing the air filter? They entice you in with cheap prices then when they've got your car you'll get the phone call stating your brake fluid wants changing, your engine needs flushing, your car requires specialist oil, all at extra expense. You have to pay before they'll bring your car back so you can't check whether the work has been completed. I just wish I had seen BBC watchdog programme (you can watch it on YouTube) on this unscrupulous company. I ended up paying just under £126.00 for what was basically an oil change. Avoid this company at all cost.

Booked for Full service for a ford transit. On the day of pick-up, I took 2 hours off from work to be available to hand over the keys to the mechanic. 3 hours later no phone call, no mechanic. so I called the servicing stop and they told that the garage won't be able to pick up the vehicle that day. they re-arranged for a week alter on the 2nd Attempt: I had to take 3 hours off to wait for the mechanic. I called around 9 am to confirm if the mechanic will come, they called the garage and confirmed that they will be just before 10 am. Called again at 10.30 telling them the whole situation and the called garage, but they didn't pick up so the customer service told me she will get in touch with the garage and update me asap why they are delayed. 8 hours later, no courtesy call, no mechanic nothing. thus leaving a bad review.

A complete joke! No one turned to pick up my car and no one answered the phone when I tried to follow up. Gave up and went elsewhere.

I have cancelled my second service as when I spoke with the appointed garage owner he pointed out the service stops versions of interim and full services differed less from what he offers normally and I should know there would be extras.

When I worked in banking we were held up and robbed exactly the same feeling that I got from from the owners of servicing stop,Toby & oliver Richmond. Since I was overcharged for all work done on my car I had it examined and estimate done £787.00 cheerer by there garage they sent me to. Hows that !!!!!!!! Now since my big mistake of booking through them I have been doing some research amazing what i found out a little bit was. garage owners who do work for them are paid £25.00 brake fluid change £20.00 for anti freeze renew mini front brake pads £22.00 air con service £50.00 full service £40.00 then they put there 250% or more on top they earn more money than the garages doing the work Also other garages I have spoken to say that they have never been inspected or visited by any one from servicing stop to see there set up For a company doing the right thing Have a laugh you are sales men with a web site up selling local garage services then hiking the price up.

Servicing stop consultant John tried to rip me off with a fake MOT quote and got ripped off with having to pay more for a service by double the amount quoted to get the car back.

Appalling service. Do not use. Booked my car in for full service and mot about 2 weeks ago for the 6th August and they have just phoned me this morning to say they have no collection or delivery service in my area for that day or the foreseeable future. Fuming is an understatement. I was asked to take my car to a garage 13 miles away to then pick it up late that afternoon.

Avoid at all cost! Failed to diagnose problem after 3 attempts and keeping the car for almost 3 months. Charged me for work that was not done. Finally car broke down on motorway with my family. Now they are dragging the hills, refusing to refund for 3 months and avoiding all communication even after independent engineers established liability.

Complete scum.i booked my car and paid by 16.30 but car was not delivered as promised by 18.00.So i called them from 18.30 and waited waited and waited for someone to answer untill 20.00,no answer.Car still not delivered by then.Had to wait for the next day.I had to miss work which i was due to start at 19.00 for a 12hr shift,thus loosing a days pay.i am demanding a refund of £133 WHICH WAS MY DAYS PAY or I am thinking of taking them to court

Is Hannah the only person dealing with complaints Booked full service 24/4/19 and I thought all OK. Tried to upsell and listed advisories. I only took the brake fluid change and paid car was delivered back. Last week I tried to book an MOT went online for the MOT History and found that it had been Mot'd at point of service and failed on so many points. I have therefore been driving a car without valid MOT or Insurance for three months. Service Stop Hannah has said can't get recording of telephone conversation and that I was advised of all advisories. I tried to explain via email that there is a difference between major faults and advisories. But all they have said is they will fix my car at trade prices. I have reported to trading standards via CAB and will now be recalling my credit card payment . DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Scam. Agreed price for full service, then got call and they wanted an additional £200. On hold for 65 minutes to talk to customer service, never got through. Worst experience ever. Only agreed to release the car when I told them that I will contact the police.

They collected car on time and after few hours engineer called me and said it has lots of job it costs around £1000. I said it’s expensive and asked the car to return, they said if I want my car back I have to collect from the garage , which cost me £40 . Before I collect the car I asked them If there any charge , they said I had to pay £235 just for the service , which I didn’t ask them to do and also they said over the phone I can pay that money at the garage , when I reached there they said you can only pay online otherwise they will not give the key back I had to wait there for 1 hour to pay online and they released the key. I never recommend this company to anyone . They advertise online very cheap and once they collect the car they find lots of defects with the car which isn’t necessary at all . Just grab the money .

Booked for an mot ...rang me the night before saying they could not pick my car up between 8-10 as booked ,it would be about 12.. Never turned up ,could not get through to customer services Don’t bother with them

It started well, as with most, it soon went downhill when I received that phone call from the service team in London. 3 lots of unnecessary work trying to be sold, none required, took an age for the chap to realise no means no ! I had to have 2 lower suspension arms replaced for the MOT Service Stop quote £618 + VAT I politely declined The garage carrying out my MOT phoned me straight away and asked what I was quoted (he knew it would be astronomical as a previous customer had £1200 pounds quoted for work that totalled with labour less than £200) He could fit both suspension arms and redo my MOT at a cost with VAT of just under £180 The service stop team have appeared on shows like Watchdog because of there very poor working practices They are immoral They are rip off merchants They are to be avoided, at all costs Read the reviews
