“Do not use this website. They quoted the service and MOT for £90 . The car was picked up and I was told three faults which I didn't understand a word. He didn't give me a price breakdown and told me I need to pay £700 to get the car back. When contacted the garage, they said they cannot disclose what was wrong with my car or what the cost would be to get them repaired and was told to deal with servicing stop directly. Ridiculous service. They don't answer the phone calls. The call will either be directed to voice mail or busy. I strongly suggest do not give your car to these people. This online service is a kind of spam or fraud. They quote less and lure you in giving your car to them and once the car is taken from you they demand you whatever they like. It is a third party website which gives your car to some one else and you are not allowed to deal with the garage directly. The website charges their commission and other charges on top of the repair. Beware..!!!”

“The garage never turned up to collect my car. I called to advise service stop and asked them to amend my booking to another garage. They assured me that the garage would rearrange collection for a later slot in the day but when I came home in the evening I found me car still in the drive. They never bothered to show up and I never got an explanation as to what went wrong. I now have a car with no MOT and it's Friday night. Do not book with this firm they can clearly not be trusted and have no interest in protecting their customers”

“AVOID this company! Just use any garage and do your MOT and service, that will save you a lot of money and nerves! And always check online if your car MOTed and TAXED, otherwise you can face nasty surprise.”

“£88 quoted, £259 charged. Not informed about so called extras that are standard on a full service. Called company to ask about this was given email address to write to. Automatic reply 2-3. 5 weeks later still no response. Didnt stamp service book either.”

“I've used them twice once for a MOT for £25 And a full service for £104.No problems whatsoever bang on time no extra charges checked vehicle when I got it back no issues all work carried out even gave me an advisory on a wheel bearing which I knew about didn't pressurize me to get it done even cleaner when I got the car back no issues on my behalf very thorough and professional well was for me”

“be very careful with this company. not only their write their own 5 star reviews, any bad feedback never makes it to their own website, they will not contact customers or investigate what went wrong and how their can fix it, instead they would report all negative reviews on all review sites as not confirmed genuine customer reviews, which can easily be put back by forwarding trustpilot, reviews.co.uk all relevant email correspondence etc. but it is just annoying and bad reviews are temporarily removed. The point is, that company that needs to write their own 5 star reviews, never tries to contact or help their customers if anything goes wrong, cannot be trusted. I have used them on 2 occasions, hoping that first bad experience was just one off - no, the second time was waaaay worse, was overcharged and had to deal with rude customer service agents at Servicing Stop that are not even trying to be helpful in any way. do try them if you dare, you might get lucky, I am sure some people do, but for me and thousands of others based on the reviews it was a very negative and expensive experience.”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish. Called me the day before service to arrange a convenient time. Car was picked up bang on arranged, car service complete with call to discuss any issues prior to work being carried out and then delivered back well in time before leaving the office. What more can you ask more, they did exactly what they said they would.”

“No hassle service at a time convienant to me. No pressure in getting any work done during my vehicles service. I was baffled by the guy dealing with my car who was telling me I needed this and that done but was not pushed into anything. I would recommend Servicing Stop to others but be prepared to pay slightly more than quoted if responding to an email.”

“DO NOT USE SERVICING STOP!!! They ripped my daughter off but carrying out a service and MOT, 6 weeks later my daughter broke down on the motorway, because the spark plugs had not been checked. Resulting in a 3 hour wait for the RAC and a very costly bill, on top of what she had already paid Servicing Stop for the service and MOT. Servicing Stop are not accepting any responsibility even though I have it in black and white that spark plugs will be checked during a service. Disgusting service towards a young, inexperienced driver. STAY WELL CLEAR !!!!”
