Done exactly what they said which was pick the car up and drop it off and everything was done.

Great customer service and extremely convenient for a working person. My car was picked up from my work address just after I'd arrived for free and delivered back at the end the day after I'd paid online. It passed the MOT with no probs, but I know if there was work to be done I'd be asked first meeting me in control.

Servicing Stop were excellent - the online form was easy, they rang me before they collected my car and they rang me to let me know of work that needed doing and how much it would cost. They then did the work, and rang me to let me know they were on their way to drop off my car. The cost was really good, and so was the work.

MOT certificate for the wrong car was delivered. Called a few times now & they tell me the correct one will be posted to me. Still waiting MOT was end Aug (now Oct)

I was really happy with the service, it was fast, efficient, reasonably priced and very easy. The home collection service was great! And they did everything on time :)

Massively overcharged it's a total scam,was quoted £105 for mot and full service and ended up costing me £363 despite passing the mot. They charged me for oil which is defo included I full service. It's a ford focus 1.6 and doesn't require specialist oils. Also charged £70 for pollen filter which is under a tenner to buy and takes less than an hour to fit. Charged to renew brake fluid despite it been on this year's servicing schedule which they knew as they ask for make model mileage and age of car before booking. Booked into a garage a few miles away and then changed on day of pick up to one over 20 miles away no explantion given despite me asking several times. Car aldo wasnt picked up until 11.30am Passenger seat covered in oil and dirt which I've told them twice and had no response. Spike to the garage who told me they are not allowed to tell customers how much they charge servicing stop but that it was massive increase o their bill. I complained to servicing stop and was basically given no explantion offered £10 off my next service. Said no thanks as won't ever use them again. You can't get a straight answer from anyone they are really dismissive. I'm reporting them to trading standards.

Good morning, I'm sorry to hear you feel this way about Servicing Stop. We would have sent the confirmation email to you including the address of your allocated garage upon securing your booking - if you let us know on the day that this garage was too far away we could have cancelled and rebooked you in with a nearer garage on an alternative date but changing on the morning was impossible. We offer a two-hour collection slot of 8-10am to ensure our driver has plenty of time to get to you. I do apologise that the driver was late, without your reference number or registration I am unable to investigate this further. We only recommend additional work based on garage findings and manufacturer guidelines, we are unable to quote for this additional work without knowing what first needs to be done on your vehicle. Upon inspection, our garage partner will alert us of the work that needs attention and your personal service adviser will phone you to talk through this report. All work is advisory and not compulsory meaning you are free to accept or decline any work you wish - the decision remains in your hands. car failed mot on work that did not need doing was then quoted £570 to replace 2 x shock absorbers which they reported were leaking excessively they were not leaking at all BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and no reply to emails

Unlike some other reviewers I couldn't fault this company at all. The were extremely competitive with their prices and when I booked their MOT package it was done quickly and efficiently. It took all the messing about of taking the car to the garage, waiting for it to be done ( usually all day even though you took it early morning) and driving home. They arranged for the car to be collected, got the MOT done & returned it as promised. Great stuff.

Be very careful with this company, most of the time they will fail your mot and try convince you to make some more repairs to get a pass on your mot test. Go to a local garage much better service and much cheaper.

Absolutely disgusted!!! First time i used this company and never again I feel totally ripped off i was quoted over £300 pound and when talking with the garage i was told the main cost was from servicing stop! no Where near the quote they told me.. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE!!!

Good Morning Emma, During a service our mechanics survey the vehicle to see if any other work is required. We also work with manufacturer guidelines to confirm that the vehicle is safe to use on the road. All additional work is completely advisory meaning that you are free to accept or decline any work suggested. Kind Regards Dean

My car was taken 35 miles away for an MOT and the quoted price to rectify the fault that resulted in failure was excessive. The re-test is free under MOT rules, but Service Stop will not collect the car for a re-test. There is nothing on the website to say that the care will not be collected to complete the work, but the choice is a long round trip or pay again for an MOT locally. Customer service is dreadful and there is a surcharge to pay on every method of payment.

Good afternoon Graham, Upon confirmation of your booking you are given the address of the garage selected to take out your MOT - I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with the chosen garage that was available on that date but you at any point you could have let us know and we would have changed this garage to another one straight away. I apologise that there has been a delay in getting back to you - our Customer Care Team who deal with complaints endeavor to get back to you within 3 working days so if you have just emailed them please be patient and await your response. Damaged car, have dragged out the process and ignored requests to sort out, then trying to say it was already there. Worst company I have ever dealt with, use at your peril

My car was collected by a driver for the garage and was returned without a rear bumper. The garage and servicing stop has refused to do anything to resolve the problem, even though there was photographic evidence taken by the driver at time of collecting to prove it was still in tact, so I am having to resort to using the financial ombudsman for motoring to obtain a resolution.

Booked vehicle for service. Received call with a list of 'issues' with my car. Said I didn't want any work done other than oil change and agreed to additional £24inc VAT for specialist oil. Received invoice for around £65 more than original quote. I tried to resolve this by calling a number of times, but was always told someone would call me back to discuss. I never got the call and now the garage has held my car to ransom and I have no car to get home in.

Good afternoon Ian, Some cars do require specialist oil as per manufacturer guidelines, to ensure we only recommend these oils to the cars that need it we rely on an independent site called Comma Oil. You'll be able to go online yourself and enter your car's details to find out what oil your vehicle needs and why. online was quoted £114 for full service on car 2 years old (15,000 miles) when the Servicing Stop agent telephoned me told me recommendations that were required that totaled up to £263.00. I checked online what manufacturer recommended at 2 year service recommendations they were try to sell me were not required until car was 3 years old or 72,000 miles! Spoke to local garage that was servicing my car and they said they didn't make the recommendation and queried it when the work instruction schedule was sent through! Luckily I managed to intercept and contacted the local garage to cancel the unnecessary work/costs and got the bill amended before paying so my car could be released!! Please be very careful and make sure you know what is due at your service as Servicing Stop will add on extras that are not required. The local garage where service was carried out were very helpful, next time I will be going directly to them as the were very reliable and honest. I should have read reviews before booking and also they have been exposed on Watch Dog this July. Please be careful!!

My collection was cancelled 3 times in the span of 3 days, without previous warning (meaning AT the time of collection itself or even later). I work in a hospital, with patients and I had to cancel multiple appointments last minute, because they kept me hanging on. I contacted Service Stop in order to AVOID this and have my car taken and given back at a reasonable time, so I could attend my work duties. The company never apologised or offered me a discount for the inconvenience caused and when I called them to express my disappointment and ask for a minimum of service discount (more for the lack of respect they showed than anything else, really), they said they escalated the matter and would be in touch quickly. They never got back to me and it's been many days. Shocking service. I would NOT advice using them. EVER. Just look somewhere else, if you want efficiency and professionalism. The only reason I am rating it 2stars and not one is the kindness and politeness showed by the last driver my car was assigned to. He was the only reason they did not score a 1 star for me.
