Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.. First of all my 'full service' was quoted at around £87, I then get a call telling me it's going to cost £432 for work that needs carrying out, I have a black box with tracking for my car on an app on my phone so I asked why my car was located at a road 1 minute away from my home in where it was picked up from, then my tracking was suddenly stopped so they were either lying about location or fiddled with my black box which now I have had to call then and they are sending someone out to take a look, they also illegally did not bring any trade plates to drive my car to or from this 'garage' My breaks were said to of been metal to metal but my form came back as they are 80% worn. When invoiced I have been charged an additional £30 (without the permission they seem to pride themselves in) for and oil change which after looking at has clearly just been topped up alightly and in fact not changed. Diabolical company, if only I looked at all the other reviews before this happened. I will be taking this further and contacting trading standards as they were uncompliant on the phone and have not replied to emails. And from the look of all the reviews I think there will be a lot of others doing so. Absolute con of a company, with rude and useless staff

First use was good, second time when i use my service was not reset so i did it myself, third time worst service you can have , over charged to change the cabin filter , been bought by me , but they didnt told me the price to replace, i been try 2 hours to speak with the consultant in charge to sort out and no chance and he didnt call me back , the payment via mobile didnt work and my car was not return in time we agreed ...over 1 h as i still waiting when write this . On their website review just the good ones. Been my last time when use them.

The price looks attractive but beware of hidden extras. I paid for a full service and MOT. I was told my 3yr old car had failed it's MOT, however when I phoned the garage direct I was told the car was only halfway through the service. The MOT was done before they serviced the car, so what it failed on should have been picked up in the service had they bothered to do the job in the correct order. Poor customer service. Waiting on hold for over 30minutes then when I was told someone would phone back they never did. Will never use this company again.

I saw this website and thought it was a great idea. It means you can travel to work, have the work done on your car, then drive home with the job done. The organisation and the company that service stop used were very professional. I will use again and highly recommend Servicestop.

They collected on time and did M.O.T and returned car as promised with no problem. The communication and attitude was first class. There were no "guaranteed to find a fault" issues and I would not hesitate to use them again when a servise is required.

Where do I start? Okay, let's go to the beginning. I, like many people saw a cheap quotation to complete a full service and MOT so I went ahead with it and got this arranged. At the beginning it was fine, they'd send confirmation and the car got collected quickly too. When the car got to the garage and their processes were completed, I get a call telling me MOT failed due to 1 tyre and it needs replacing. I was like, fair enough and I agreed to get this replaced. They had thrown about 8 other advisories but I refused to get it completed as it was then going over £500 before VAT. Otherwise, I got charged around £250 for the whole thing. Car came back to me and the first thing the driver tells me is 'your tyres are buckled'. I asked him what do you mean, why was I not told this on the phone?' he said 'I don't know'. I felt arguing with him would be pointless as he looked like a lost deer in the headlights. I checked my car and it showed a light on the dashboard along with 'check car tyres' error message. I contacted Service stop asking them to fix this. This was not an issue prior to the service and mot so there's no reason for this to happen after. I have got no response from them. It appears when it comes to getting the cash, they'll be as quick as the roadrunner in those cartoons but when it comes to rectifying and answering questions, they're no way to be seen or heard. I want this fixed. You guys know who I am. This is my feedback along with me asking for a solution. I do not expect this kind of service after paying a large sum of money. I want a response to my original email ASAP otherwise I will take this further.

Car wasn't picked up.No excuse offered. Offered to call the garage to see what was wrong, this however was unacceptable as I had already planned my day around the times agreed ie. between 8-10am.

I had a service and mot. The liaison between servicing stop, the garage and myself was excellent. Car was collected by the garage who called me an hour before. I received a call to ask if i wanted advisories undertaken but was not forced into it. I accepted it and had the car back at 6pm. I didnt have to leave the house so im happy with that!

Initially i was disappointed as my MOT was cancelled. However another appointment was made whereby they picked vehicle up from and delivered vehicle to workplace. All on time & kept in touch so knew things were ok. Excellent value & would recommend without hesitstion. Very straightforward & impressed.

Booked a service with this company, then receive a phone call less than 24 hours before MOT due to be complete telling me that they can no longer do the MOT and they do not know when they will be taking bookings again. I've tried to call back on several occasions but have been unable to speak with anyone, also emailed customer service but they do not get back to you for 2-3 working days!! What kind of company operates like this.....I will assume its because when i booked the MOT I made a comment that i do not want any extra services.....obviously its not worth the company's time to just do MOT's. Customer satisfaction is a big fat zero

Suckered in by cheap service but then got absolutely conned. By the time i managed to get hold of someone to talk about the results of the service, it was getting late in the day and of course i was apprehensive about getting my car back (a sales tactic i'm sure). I was told that I needed replacement brakes and one new tyre. When i stalled due to the extortionate prices being quoted, i was told that the tyre was just an advisory but the brakes were important. I was quoted a ridiculous price of over £300 to get both sets of brakes replaced but as i was told they needed doing and also was worried about getting my car back that day, i reluctantly accepted. Cut forward a couple of hours and i receive the invoice by email. The work was not for replacement brakes but just replacement brake PADS! I was charged over £300 for replacement BRAKE PADS!!!! Due to the price quoted i had assumed i needed new pads AND discs. When i received my car back and checked the serivce checklist, the brake pads, along with one of the tyres, were identified as 'Low' so it wasn't even imperative that i had them replaced! I emailed my concerns to servicing stop and i was told if i got a quote from a main dealer for the same work they would refund the difference if cheaper. I did this and was quoted cheaper by £102 so sent servicing stop the quote. They then backtracked and said the price needed to include the service also. I argued that of course the service was going to be more expensive at a main dealer, hence why i used servicing stop for the service!! My issue is not with the price charged for the service, but for the extortionate price charged for replacement brake pads and the poor sales tactics used to coerce me into accepting the repairs even though they didn't need doing urgently! I feel ripped off, conned and stressed out by this appalling company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE A CON.

If it had 0 than I would be more than happy to give them that, cuz this service we used recently doesn't deserve any star! Why? Well, the pick up was 3 hours late...my husband had to interrupt his work for waiting n then later on we were charged massive Amt of money(£320)without any understanding. Ok what if it is expensive, we thought the service might be worthwhile, I'm afraid it wasn't. We had to call again n again but to no avail cuz the car wouldn't come at expected time. Finally when the phn gets picked up, there's a straight rude answer that our car is on the way. That was around 1900 hrs We are waiting till 2000hrs no any response or infos. Well I had to take taxi back to home from work. But they don't realise that, we only have one car and we revolve around that for daily commute. it's another day today, but they haven't call yet, my husband went to work by foot and I think same for me as well. I wish, if only they could keep us updated and save us from the uncertainty and worthless wait!
