These is the bigest spam service in the net today.They will try to cheat and overcharge you 3-4 times than actual cost and do the service through 3th company .They just make money as a mid man and are complete scam !

I had paid online for full service. My car haven’t been collected since last week. Nobody turn up. Cheated. May I know how can I get my money back? I need to use that money for another service centre. How can I inform the police? I emailed but no reply got. I called 3 numbers for nearly wholeday spent on the phone but no one pick up the call. This’s company is really scam.

Had an MOT and interim service. They collected my car without any issue but I then received a call from a service advisor with a very vague update as to what needed to be done and cost which was a lot higher than I expected. Tried to call back repeatedly to get a proper breakdown of cost and surprise surprise could not get through to them. Works were carried out even though I had advised several times to contact me first. received a call back about 5 hours later with a full breakdown. DO NOT USE have never had such bad customer service when getting my cars serviced and MOTed just a shame I hadn't looked at the reviews first.....

I booked an MOT and a full service for Monday, 26th October. On Friday of the week before. a garbled message was left on my landline to say that they had rearranged it for Monday, 2nd November, and that they were now closed until the next working day, which left me with no MOT, so as yet I haven't been able to tax my vehicle. Last night I received a voice text asking if it would be possible to collect my car around 7.00 a.m. today so as to avoid traffic. My daughter texted straight back to say yes, it could be collected at 7.00 a.m. It's Monday, 2nd November now and no-one turned up. after I got up at 6.00 a.m. They advertise their pick-up times as between 0800 & 1000. I emailed them at around 9 o'clock and they emailed to say they hadn't received a reply so therefore I would have to make another appointment.. I now have an untaxed vehicle thanks to servicingstop. You cannot contact them because they do not answer the 'phone - it has a permanent voicemail on it and they do not respond to emails either. I sent three or four this morning, but they are just ignoring me. They were quick enough to take the money upfront though. I will be submitting a formal complaint. However, that doesn't alter the fact that my car is untaxed because of them. They're very lucky to have a job at all, bearing in mind the current situation everywhere. Whatever you do, DON'T USE SERVICINGSTOP. BE WARNED!

Avoid them like the plague. Booked in an MOT and oil change. Pressure to pay in advance however I decided not to! Thank God for that! Had a call at 8:50 to say driver was on the way to collect. Never turned up. Spent 2 hours on hold trying to find out what was happening. Never managed to speak to anyone. Look at the other reviews. These people appear to be scammers and crooks. Their emails are littered with grammatical and spelling errors. Under no circumstances hand your car keys over to these people. Beyond dodgy.

Paid just under £150 for full service and MOT, while the garage still had my car I was informed by service stop that it had failed its MOT and would cost around £700. On questioning this ridiculous amount my car had only failed on the windscreen wiper. All other amounts where advisory, my car has only done 27000 miles.. I feel sorry for the garage owners as it appears they have no control over what S/S is quoting. They would not release my car even though I paid an additional £28 for oil change which I presumed was in the cost of a service. I had to contact the police and a mobile mechanic to get my car back...… Do not go any where near this company!!!!!!

Very bad service, booked and in June for today! Emailed several time for garage confirmation with no reply yet. Called several times said all good you have time and some one call you to confirm. Here come today and still no sign of anyone, finally someone answered the call and reply was everyone busy need to cancel the booking. Appreciate all busy but why I was not aware aware of that till today? When you guys were thinking to make me aware of that? Very poor!! Please communicate with your customer in advance, we all understand the circumstances we are going through with this pandemic. My mot is running out in 2 days and now I have no choice!!

I would definately not use this company. I booked in my car and waited all day and noone turned up. I tried to call and it was a long wait time to be told wait for the service team to call. No call was received. I complained via email and they responded to say I cancelled. Infuriating. I lost a day off work and still joone has got back to me. What a joke

Looked online good price £151.67 for a top service rang me up while the garage had my car and said before I get my car dropped off I had to pay £424.16 on top of the online price total £575.83 would have been better off taking it to ford will never ever use these again I am retired and got some savings and ex forces

Received a call to tell me there will be "advisory" (it's clearly written in the invoice too) and it's been done so extraneous charge is £170. That is the additional charge on top of the service cost. The advisory is optional and shouldn't have proceeded without my consent. Anyone wishes to use them will. R tempted to use them due to their offerings but be prepared for the unauthorised work and payment. Certainly not happy and will definitely not recommend them.

I just had my car serviced which seemed a reasonable price but was hit with £150 of extras which should have been part of the service.

Had an MOT and was pressured into another £800+ of work. I was lead to believe the work was essential but the MOT document had it as advisory. When the car was delivered the inside was very dirty (I guess the mechanic was wearing dirty overalls and did not protect the upholstery). Worse still was that one of the wheel trims was missing. I contacted the workshop and was told they would replace it. Eight weeks and six phone calls later I drove to the workshop and they fitted a second hand trim. My trim was not new bot it was in better condition than the replacement. The workshop was a complete tip in an industrial estate. I cannot believe the hype on the website about carefully selected approved workshops. They are only interested in extracting as much money as possible out of their clients. Better to find a local garage where you can discuss things or better still a dealership if your car is newish. I will not be using them again.

no customer service to attend calls, holding line for 47 minutes am holding call. This is disrespectful, rude customer service. Lack of value for customers time & lack of service is persistent
