They have programmed my car for a full service on Mazda Care in Wolverhampton. From there the car came back with some scratches and damage. I made a few complaints about the problems caused by the service, and all they could do was give me a 50% discount on the next service with them. I do not recommend. They don't care about their customers.

Do not use, my husband used them they called to say extra work needed,, £1500 later £700 of which was for the service, its only a little kia picanto, you could rebuild it for that cost. Going to chase down an itemised bill and get the work checked by a local garage. I feel angry at being ripped off.

Thought I would us these as the price was reasonable for a full service after being told my car needed some work doing I question it as it was practically brand new. They quoted me nearly £2000 to have to work done. When I took the car back to the garage I brought it from they told me nothing was wrong with the car and can’t understand why I’d be told there was. I will never be using these again as it works out to be a scam they just try and get money out of you for no reason

Absolute joke of a company. Got charged for a whole bunch of work I didn’t need (that I wasn’t aware of at the time); for example, changing my drive belt when it should have been changed at 70k miles (have 40k miles currently), coming to a total of £700!!!!! On top of all this, my engine warning light still comes on, and they lost my logbook with FSH, complete with the owner’s manual. I called to let them know, and they tried to tell me that the book wasn’t in there upon collection. It was lucky that the pick-up recording of my car showed the logbook was indeed in the passenger seat! On top of all this, their customer service advisor was incredibly rude and told me to “let her speak” when I politely pointed out her microphone was cutting her out and I couldn’t hear her properly. I was told I would get a call back and never did. STAY AWAY.

Extremely disappointed with service stop. After booking in appointment and confirming dates / times, I was then told they were unable to provide a garage to complete a service in the southwest area. Have used several times previously with no issues bu was told I would have to drive 20 miles to drop off and collect vehicle if I wanted a service. The whole service is advertised as "we collect, service and drop off" in the same day. Perhaps be clear on the website which actual areas you cover instead of stating Nationwide and wasting customers time. Company appears to be in decline.

Never use this company, unreliable and outright liars. I booked an appointment and after confirming via text I got a confirmation email for a date to collect my car. Then the day before my service they ring to say the are too busy to fit me in and would I like a date a week and a half later!😡😡😡😡😡😡 what part of the word confirmation do you not understand. Then the whole cheek and nerve to get an email saying that they were sorry that I cancelled my appointment. I wasn’t me it was your whole ineptitude. Obviously waste of time and had to go back to rearranging a date with a reputable company instead! Very poor and liars!! 😡😡😡😡 book at your own peril

Absolutely rediculous. Over priced service. Its a total rip off. Go direct to the garage. They run a diabolic service!

Unfortunately after booking was told that there was no garage in the area for picking and dropping of vehicle and that I had to drop off my vehicle 25miles to the next available garage. And that it will remain the same in the near future too. Maybe they shouldn’t have booked me in before checking availability.

All If you want to be treated by a bunch of unprofessionals who do not have basic etiquetts to handle customers, go to them, they excel !! Booked my Mercedes A180 CDi for a service with them back in April, the garage they sent my car to was cheap one, my car was returned with the faults that I mentioned needed service and they returned my car with the same issues, attached a 280 GBP bill. The guy harassed me with repeated calls and also went to the extent of saying, come to us straight than going thro Service Stop if you need better service. Hannah Gordon from the customer service heard, aplogized and logged SVC1040610 offering a free MOT to me in return for my ordeal, rather my decision to choose them in the first place, MOT booked for 27th Aug, no calls, no one turns up, believe me i spent a day reaching them over calls and mails with no response. Someone called on 28th and said we can pick up your vehicle on 30th (is when the actual MOT was due). 30th Moning, no calls, no one there to pick up the vehicle and no one answers the calls / mails. I gave up and did my MOT on Sept 2nd from a courteous First Choice Garage in Reading, far professional guys. You can't imagine the advisories I have after spending 280 GBP on a full service for god knows what. Today some David from the Customer Service wrote to me : ''We truly sorry that we failed to collect your vehicle for the your the Mot on the 27th and we apologise for any inconvenience caused to you by this. I can see our allocations department tried to contact you to advise we were unable to collect your vehicle on the day, and did there up most to accommodate by reallocating the booking, offering a drop with an alternate garage. It is unfortunate that you left it close to the Mot expiry date to book in with us, otherwise we could have looked into another option of re booking on another day, where we would have been than happy to carry out the Mot'' Do you think this makes sense or this guy is even aware of what he is responding. I am not sure who promised the free MOT, who promised to pick up on 27th, who failed to do it, who rescheduled for 30th ,who failed me again and I have to take it from this guy that I left it too late for my MOT ? When I questioned his audacity and my rights to have a compensation for 6 months of trouble with them, I get this from Hannah Hello Sudip, David's response to you was in fact based on a full education of your case. Please note that we can not compensate for a failed collection on a FREE MOT. David has politely declined your offer for further education as he currently holds several qualifications, is a senior member of our team and more than qualified to respond to you without insult. I booked for full service with this company, I was charged £88 and some penny's they came to pick up my car which was perfectly in good condition, someone called later that they've have to change brake fluid and oil flash which added up to £251.87 after all, they brought back the car with a broken handbrake. I contact them, but they needed extra money from me to fix the damage they've done to my car. People have to be careful using this service stop company, I will never ever recommend them. Am so disappointed with their service. I regret using them.

AVOID My car passed its MOT after having a new tire and bulb change (which I'm sceptical about to say the least) For these parts (excluding the price of the MOT and Service) they charged me over £350. These people are rip off merchants. They are a middle man between you and a local garage that massively inflates the price. After speaking to the garage, they advised me they only charge £100 for the work. So I guess servicing stop took £250 for today's admin?

Worst experience possible with ‘servicing stop’! Was sold really well to me on their website- drop and collect car, “60% off” etc. What a mistake believing all of that! They rang me after maybe 2 hours with a list of things wrong with it that needing fixing ‘urgently’... the price for this would be £1,380 I was told!! Shocked! So I said to leave it and I’d collect the car and go elsewhere! The actual garage that work for them was fine, people there were decent and even they couldn’t believe the price they wanted to charge me! I got my car fixed somewhere else for like £400- fraction of the price! Madness! Don’t waste your time using this, complete con!!

I was charged £164 for an oil change !! I booked into there "Full Service" Which turns out to be NOT a full service just an oil change which they even charged £24.99 extra for because apoardntly 0-30 oil is "Special Oil" ?? DO NOT USE THESE rip off artists.. Even garages they use DONT like them because they charge them a fortune as well Just use your local garage & get what you pay for !! Customer Service is totally bias towards there overcharging scheme also, so dont waste your time Service Stop , is NOT serving your car, & try to charge you extra for everything they should cover in a FULL SERVICE .. Remember , An Oil Change for £164 ,, daylight robbery DO NOT USE

Had my car for 2 days, no phone calls, no emails other than the ones asking for payment and all the extra things you need doing at over inflated prices.. wish I’d seen the bad reviews before I booked.. I have paid a huge amount of money for the worst service/customer care I’ve ever had.. I would never recommend this company to anyone.. have tried calling to be cut off and left ringing constantly. Sent email and no response to that either.. have sent another asking if I actually need to seek legal advice.

Worst place ever total rip off. It’s a call center on cmision in Essex they ask crazy prices wen they got your car plus the garage they take it to in your local area is half there price same work really stay well clear this company it cost more than double it should have

I booked Interim service & MOT and the garage they used was very rude and unprofessional, can't guaranteed the servicing been done, as there was no way of confirming work done. I am having to complain to DVSA about the MOT company they used. They are scam and would advise not too use. Their customer service is yet to get back to me since Friday.

Car should have been collected between 8 and 9 this morning. It is now near 2pm and I can't contact Servicing Stop or the local garage. I took the day off work today especially. Never again!
