“Service overall was great and my bag arrived at its destination even more quickly than expected. You do have to print your own label - I was under very strict lockdown (Melbourne) and with no printer of my own. Thankfully my flatmates had a printer as otherwise I would have been in a tricky situation. There should be an option for the company to print it for you (especially as Send My Bag offers free bag tags - they could be sent together), even if it incurs an additional small fee. Overall, very happy with the service. Would recommend and use again.”

“Once I had read all the information - it was pretty straightforward. The labels did not arrive though - this may be because of the country I am in or current pandemic situation so had to affix myself. This could be a NOTE for customers to allow enough time for labels to arrive. Used twice now and 2nd time super easy as I knew what I was doing !”

“Send my bag were helpful and sending the bag was ok but a lot more paperwork now needed. The problem was that you pay the Brexit surcharge when sending the actual SMB fee and then you still get hit by more border fees at customs due to Brexit. So the service now costs more than the double and therefore not as attractive next time will likely take bag with me on the plane.”

“Very accomodating and although a little stressful, my bags got where they needed to go! They were never picked up on the first day, though because I wasn’t there I didn’t know who was at fault (I did my part). I rang up and they came again the next day free of charge. It was in the middle of nowhere in Essex, Montana, so I was extremely grateful!”

“Used Send My Bag to ship a lot of books home from America to Ireland. Collection was simple, and the books arrived home shortly after I did! Packaging definitely took a bit of a battering on the way and was not included in the price of shipping (which was pricey enough), which is why the review is only 4 stars, but the books inside were okay and ultimately got the job done.”

“Clear instructions and customer service. They’re available via online chat 24/7. Very efficient. Bags are usually picked up after only few days since placing an order - again very efficient. Prices are competitive.”

“Send My Bag is affordable, fast, and convenient. There wasn’t much information about customs of the country I was sending to which caused a bit of a delay to clear up. That said, I would definitely use them again!”
