Everything fine. It would nevertheless be better if the time of collection was more precise. From 9.00 to 18.00 is too much and sometimes difficult to arrange for someone who cannot be at home the entire day

overall good service. the communications and added payment with DHL were not clear and received better communications from DHL directly vs Send My Bag. was also delivered a day late and not communicated via Send My Bag

The pick up was amazing and delivered in 24 hours. While I understand it can take 48 hour. My bag was collected just before lunchtime on Thursday and I didn’t get it until just before lunchtime on the following Monday. I know weekends don’t count, but it felt like forever to get it returned. Hence 5 stars for 1st collection and 4 stars for returning the bag. Also my case was incredibly dusty/grubby on return.

One thing that should be improve is the notification of what time the parcel will be arrived, eventhough using range interval, but it will help us as a student to manage our time in class of when to be ready at home.

Excellent service; price was good, bags arrived on time, the only problem was attaching the shipping information. The information providedafter booking should explain more clearly how important is the plastic bag for the UPC and bag content. In the end, I made one.

The website was clear and intuitive, they facilitated the process and were quick with the deliveries. It would be great if we could book a time slot for the pick-up of the boxes, besides the day. Thank you so much!

This service probably works well for certain circumstances, but my experience was far from ideal, and I don't plan to use the service again. First, all times in the bag tracker are based on the time in Ireland, which is not useful for consumers. The times should either be the time of the sending or delivering location. Second, our bags were damaged - the zippers on the suitcases were all snapped off. Generally, the bags took a significant beating. Maybe the company should recommend against using luggage. Third, our delivery location was somewhat remote, which drove up the cost. Fourth, the company simply didn't pick up the bags on the scheduled date, which meant the bags could have been stolen. Fifth, for the pickup from location 1, they came and knocked on the door, but for the pickup from second location, they refused to do that, so we left them out for 2 days. Sixth (and biggest problem), SendMyBag is just an intermediary - they farm out the delivery work to FedEx at al. Ultimately, there is no reason to use them instead of the direct carrier. We tried the service because we thought it would be convenient, but it really wasn't.

Service was really good but when shipping into U.K. should mention to clients to register a TRO form with Gov.U.K. to avoid import duty on shipment. This can delay release of items being released from U.K. customs.
