“my parcel was picked up Friday at 1.30 pm, in the UK it got delivered at 1.30 pm Monday to America. my only complaint was the parcel was left outside their double garage door, not the house door, my daughter got a text saying it had been delivered so she had to go looking for it, otherwise excellent delivery”

“Great coming back to the UK but the service out to Portugal is terrible due to petty Portuguese regulations. You can take your Gucci suitcase stuffed with designer clothes and wearing a Breitling timepiece and go through nothing to declare without hindrance but sending an unaccompanied suitcase with second-hand clothes and a few books results in charges of 88€”

“Overall, pleased with the service. The delivery time was awesome - arrived earlier than expected. The process to get the shipment set up was cumbersome, but not sure how much of that is due to Send my Bag or to the requirements of the country. Seems like the prices for suitcases are better than for smaller packages. But overall, happy with using Send My Bag.”

“Before send my bag, I had a horrific experience with a company called BAGGAGE HUB (never use them). In contrast send my bag was stress free and smooth. Also affordable”

“Send my bag is excellent service have used them for years however brexit can cause extra cost when sending to Spain so will not be using them in near future which is a shame as this is out of their control”
