“Everything was fine but all the documents and things you need to attach/ do in order to confirm is yours, is quite hard. Mostly after it's been a long time from the flight.”

“my parcel was picked up Friday at 1.30 pm, in the UK it got delivered at 1.30 pm Monday to America. my only complaint was the parcel was left outside their double garage door, not the house door, my daughter got a text saying it had been delivered so she had to go looking for it, otherwise excellent delivery”

“Great coming back to the UK but the service out to Portugal is terrible due to petty Portuguese regulations. You can take your Gucci suitcase stuffed with designer clothes and wearing a Breitling timepiece and go through nothing to declare without hindrance but sending an unaccompanied suitcase with second-hand clothes and a few books results in charges of 88€”
