“Communication with support team was easy. The only thing I found a bit inconvenient is that pick up time frame was between 9am and 6pm so I would have been waiting for a while, I decided to drop off my bag at the nearest DHL and the rest of the process was rather easy. My bag got delivered on time, the handle was a bit wobbly when I picked it up but I must admit it was a cheap suitcase so it doesn't surprise me.”

“Everything fine. It would nevertheless be better if the time of collection was more precise. From 9.00 to 18.00 is too much and sometimes difficult to arrange for someone who cannot be at home the entire day”

“It wasvery efficient. It was just that the initial GBP24 quoted turned into more like GBP45 by the time you added all the extras and paid postage for the bag and labels etc. It was not clear as to what you could print and do yourself.”

“I have used Send My Bag a few times and they never dissappoint. It's so easy for pickup and delivery. The only that was a bit confusing was what to include inside, taped to the box, separate from the box as far as customs forms etc. (UK to Europe). But everyone on chat was always super helpful and all went well. Will continue to use them in the future!”

“overall good service. the communications and added payment with DHL were not clear and received better communications from DHL directly vs Send My Bag. was also delivered a day late and not communicated via Send My Bag”
