I had a great experience. My bag arrived, and quicker than I had anticipated when sending from Germany to the UK. The information about parking is really good. However I think there should be a little more information about the labels you can use on the outside, because I didn’t have time to get the proprietary equipment delivered, and I also didn’t know where in Germany to get the right supplies. I think in the future it would be great if send my bag would provide some information on the basic supplies that you could pick up at most stationery shops. Finally, it was really hard to know when my back would be picked up, and the pick up driver visited my location about 10 minutes before the end of the window. So, although he did show up, there was no way to be sure, and I was afraid I was going to miss my train. I know it’s hard to really coordinate well with the logistic partners in each and every location, but even so I think there should be a better ability to plan for pick up or drop off. Ultimately, everything worked out for the best. Better ability to communicate with either your driver or with a representative who can coordinate with your specific driver would really improve the service. Even so, my bags arrived where they needed to arrive safely, and I am overal satisfied with the service and would probably use it again.
