The pick up was amazing and delivered in 24 hours. While I understand it can take 48 hour. My bag was collected just before lunchtime on Thursday and I didn’t get it until just before lunchtime on the following Monday. I know weekends don’t count, but it felt like forever to get it returned. Hence 5 stars for 1st collection and 4 stars for returning the bag.
Also my case was incredibly dusty/grubby on return.
