“I was happy with the service provided. My bag arrived where it was supposed to when promised. The pick up and drop off went well and the customer support throughout filling the forms was excellent. I was annoyed however when a week after receiving my bag I received a bill for having exceeded dimensions. I was instructed to take pictures of the original package, which having been a sacrificial cardboard box I no longer had. I was also travelling so the dispute timeline did not work with my Internet access. As a result I had to pay the extra. Not the most transparent process. The time delay between delivery and receiving the bill is unfair for disputes. Make sure you take photos of your package with a measuring tape completely visible before and after sending your item.”
