“If I needed to send my luggage again, I would use SEND MY BAG company. Everyone I talked to in the company, when I was not sure about anything , was extremely helpful and my issues got resolved. What I would love to point out is beautiful English they speak, you don’t end up talking to someone with a hard accent, which I found very helpful as well.”

“Delivery process was very straight forward and professional. Only issue was online check in and costing and once bag picked up I received notification of an extra major charge. This should not happen . Felt like I was trapped into paying”

“I've used Send My Bag many times from America to the UK. To just eliminate the issues dragging luggage through airports and beyond is completely taken away.From door to door cannot be beaten.”

“Well the bags were delivered a day later than estimated. no big deal. They were delivered to the apartment building lobby and not to the apartment. Considering how expensive the service is i would expect deliver directly to the apartment specified.”

“Hey, hey So, i was exploring different options for delivering my suitcase as i recently moved. this was recommended by one of my friends. It was my first time using any shipping services within Europe to send large suitcase from france to italy, And i would say it was amazing experience. Very smooth ordering and payment process, detailed guide on packaging, pickup and collection. I contacted customer service for updating collection address and they were very responsive and clear. Very satisfied. The suitcase was collected on time and delivered on time too. The pricing is also affordable. It was great experience overall, will use again and recommend. Thanks very much.”
