“The Send My Bag process is smooth from beginnning to end - I've used it on a number of occasions to send items both large and small, one lone package or multiple heavier boxes/suitcases. It is amazingly simple and affordable. I'd highly recommend the service.”

“For me, given my proclivity for luggage related stresses, disasters, complications, unanticipated & substancial expenses and, most importantly, the shameful inconveniences caused to others by my habitual inability to 'pack light' (despite genuine, heartfelt & sincere attempts) make the benefits of the service outweigh the cost. The reason I deducted a star is not due to cost, but 'Send My Bag's' labeling requirements and procedures. My travels are impromtu, to places & accomodation that lack accesibility to printers, not to mention the specific requirements of SMB for luggage tag holders. The 'Tag Holders,' offered free via 'postal delivery' is, quite simply, ridiculous for those traveling with no set accomodation.”

“Excellent service baggage labels arirrived in time to fix onto suitcase. Case was collected within the date and time specified. When we arrived at the hotel our cases were there and were already in our room. The cases arrived home at the specified time and were in prestine condition, Wish I had found them earlier, it was nice to travel without any hustle.”
