“Easy to follow instructions on how to pack and label my items. Prompt and friendly collection. Arrived exactly when they were predicted to do so before booking. I used strong double-walled cardboard boxes and put a large plastic sack inside to ensure nothing would escape, but the boxes still ended up with small holes in several places, so definitely heed the warnings provided about the quality of packaging required for the journey.”

“My daughter and I were forced to ship our luggage after a flight was canceled and quickly found Send My Bag. In comparison to other services the price was fair. They picked up the bags when they said they would and delivered them earlier than they said they would. They arrived in good shape.”
