would not recommend, as i ordered a hoverboard. when it came the charging put had came out of the back of it. bad customer service as no one has got back to me properly an they have not offered to replace it. it is also a hazard as i dont want to charge it just incase. waste of £200 definately not recommend

They sold me a deffective item and disappeared. Thei rnumber and emails do not exist or reply. DO NOT BUY - I am going to court to solve my issue.

Ordered a scooter (ex400) for my son from Sego and although when it arrived it seemed good, it soon went down hill very quickly. Bad: - The Range is nowhere near what is advertised - The break / accelerator levers stick ALOT which can be very dangerous - Speed is not what is advertised - Issue with brake light (reported day it arrived and they wanted me to send it away to be looked at rather than offer a replacement) - Screen very hard to see in sunlight Good: - Fast delivery - Seems sturdy Their customer service was lacking, requiring me to send away a brand new item to be looked at on the day it was purchased rather than offer a replacement or refund. Price seemed fair, but for the quality and reliability of the product supplied I would not recommend Segbo at all!

tried for months to return the segbow. sent vidio of it ect . after 4 months of hassle. I get charged a fee of 17.00 to return it it was used once I bought 4 of thees plus the carts bad customer service .

I ordered a hover board and kart for my 7 year old for xmas in November, boxing day the board malfunctioned spun out of control on my new fitted hall floor and burnt holes in it then my daughter hurtled on the kart out of control into the side of a van this was a serious accident and daughter really hurt herself. Tried to call day after boxing day office shut til new year once opened again I reported this along with photo evidence told to send it back. I said I do not want a board or kart back and exchange for another item - still ongoing now and we are in March, I have been told its safe!! if it can malfunction at any time then clearly this isn't deemed as safe. Getting know where so PayPal are now involved as I will not let this lie. Do your research into this company, not great at all and shocking after care service!.

I purchased 2 hoverboards from this company both had issues charging from day 1 and 1 board in particular is unusable and has been so since it was first switched on.I have emailed and phoned and live chat and still can not get anyone to ring or contact me to tell me what is going on.After sales service is deplorable.In my view once they have your money theyre not bothered.I am having to go to credit card company and maybe legal to sort issue out.I would advise not dealing with this company

We ordered a hover kart as part of a bundle and it is faulty. The bars do not fit together as the paint is too thick. There has been absolutely no aftersales from Segbo despite countless calls and emails. It has been 5 weeks since we first contacted them and we have not had any response. Their phone line doesn’t answer either. We are stuck with a faulty item which was for our son’s 11th birthday. We have now passed the dispute to our credit card co to deal with. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered an item and had to return as it wasn't correct fit. I have been waiting over a month now for my refund and still cannot see the end to the nightmare. I have called, emailed and even spoken on live chat. If you order from this company do not expect to get any refunds for faulty or returned goods.
