I purchased 2 hoverboards from this company both had issues charging from day 1 and 1 board in particular is unusable and has been so since it was first switched on.I have emailed and phoned and live chat and still can not get anyone to ring or contact me to tell me what is going on.After sales service is deplorable.In my view once they have your money theyre not bothered.I am having to go to credit card company and maybe legal to sort issue out.I would advise not dealing with this company
