I bought a Hoverboard in April for my Daughters Birthday, it wasn’t used until early May (her birthday) she used it for one day then it broke. I emailed customer services then after 1 week I was told to send it back and as I was over 14days of buying the Hoverboard I had to pay £17.50. So of course I done this as my daughter was desperate to use her birthday present. I returned the Hoverboard last week and received it back today with a note saying the left wheel had been changed and basically they’ve replaced it with a worn one and not a new one!! Not a happy customer!!!
