Ordered a scooter (ex400) for my son from Sego and although when it arrived it seemed good, it soon went down hill very quickly. Bad: - The Range is nowhere near what is advertised - The break / accelerator levers stick ALOT which can be very dangerous - Speed is not what is advertised - Issue with brake light (reported day it arrived and they wanted me to send it away to be looked at rather than offer a replacement) - Screen very hard to see in sunlight Good: - Fast delivery - Seems sturdy Their customer service was lacking, requiring me to send away a brand new item to be looked at on the day it was purchased rather than offer a replacement or refund. Price seemed fair, but for the quality and reliability of the product supplied I would not recommend Segbo at all!
