“On my first eye test with Scriven's they picked up on an issue that my previous opticians never spotted in 15 years. They then referred me to hospital for treatment which was successful so obviously I am a happy customer. Should of gone to Scriven's in the first place”

“Just had 6 monthly lens check at Cotteridge Branch. Always good service and first class helpful - special thanks to Marie as always. BUT Scrivens what have you done to the branches following your refurbishments….. not good, why have you inserted a podium it’s looks like a political speech is about to start. In my opinion this layout is not customer friendly, in fact it’s very cynical and clinical. Re think again and please change back - not a good look to customers entering the shop”

“The team at the Feltham Scrivens branch, led by Dipesh provides exceptional service. Lea assisted me and was extremely helpful and friendly, Shilpa performed my eye test and I had great results with crystal clear glasses.
