“My daughter’s glasses were broken at work. I took them into Scrivens, Feltham, in the afternoon of Wednesday 12 February and they were repaired and ready for collection by 430 and they would not accept any payment. Excellent customer service but then it always is along with friendly and welcoming staff.”

“I think some of the staff could be a little more welcoming. £300-&500 every two years is a lot of money to pensioners. How about reduced rates for seniors.”

“Excellent service , all staff were lovely , pleasant , helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing that stopped it being 5 stars is that I was contacted by phone saying they had a cancellation and asking me to come in earlier . I felt pressurised in to attending earlier than arranged even though it wasn’t convenient for me.”

“The staff at Norwich branch excellent. I found your central telephone centre poor. I was asked all very intrusive questions which were absolutely not needed as I only wanted to know if I could go to branch with no appointment for new hearing aid tubes.”

“Very good always send new batteries. I do have problem's with ichie ears when using my hearing aids for over an hour and would like some advice.”

“Had a routine appointment for hearing aid service, this includes checking the hearing aid appliance and changing the tubes, whilst I was waiting I had an eye screening this was very helpful, their was a new piece of equipment and they were very thorough throughout I then saw the optician who did all the required tests, this wasn’t rushed and they took it at a good pace, clear and concise explained procedure and what the outcome, I then was passed onto a me,ever of staff called a Mike, he helped me choose some spectacles from the range No pressure, but appreciated advice of styles whilst choosing, costs for frames had a good choice , depending on your budget. I needed distance and reading . Throughout I felt at ease and would recommend others to try Scrivens, ,”

“Very helpful friendly staff pity scrivens was taken from Colne medical centre Brightlingsea still helpful when I've visited Colchester branch but not as convenient now I'm older”

“As usual a visit to local Scrivens a pleasure. The staff friendly and competent and helpful. A cataract op. recently dealt with very promptly. Good service indeed. However I was amazed at the price increase. Last year a price of 140 pounds up a year later to 250. Similar Bi-Focals. No extras. This seems unreasonable.”

“The branch is a lot bigger and better then the previous but the parking situation is awkward to get in and out especially how the crossing is at the roundabout when its blocked with traffic not easy, shame there wasn’t a one way in and exit only”

“The actual hearing test at Droitwich was very good but have had to wait 7 weeks for the hearing aid and also had to call you twice to chase up.”
