“Very thorough from the eye test to measuring for and collecting the glasses after quality manufacture. Relaxed atmosphere in store and extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.”

“I found scriven optician very efficient and helpful. After having my heating and eye test it didn’t take long to choose and order my new glasses. 5 days later they arrived and I am very pleased with them.”

“I switched Opticians this year to Scrivens. I walked in and asked if they could fit a new nose pad on my Glasses, which they did, but they also tightened and cleaned them too. I might add, all for a small donation to charity! The Staff in the Herne Bay ship in my opinion are friendly, helpful and professional. They tirelessly tried to help me with suitable contacts, which turned out not to be for me, so I bought my new Glasses from them which I’m delighted with. Overall, 5 out of 5! Andy Wade.”

“A very good experience. My eye test was carried out very efficiently and every step explained. This was also the case when I picked up my bi-focals a little later.”

“Booking process very easy and well executed. Very thorough eye test & examination. Particularly the optometrist who was very professional whilst being extremely kind. Good communication throughout the process. All in all would use again.”
