“Apart from the new glasses had to be replaced having only had them a few days and not wishing to repair wife’s hearing aids you are not do very well. Shop staff ok above that heaven help us”

“My wife arrived for eye test - her first for well over 10 years. It hadn't been entered on the computer. Luckily she was able to be seen at the arranged time. Quite good service so far. The choice of frames for her required reading glasses - quite another matter. I stressed that nobody else would see them except herself and she duly looked at the £19 range. However on leaving i found she had paid £69 for the lens and £89 for the frames! She's 71 for god's sake! Being presented with a credit card is not a passport to a great bonus! Bicester scrivens Goodbye!”

“They were very friendly and professional. They made sure that my 2 years old son, felt really comfortable while waiting and going through his own appointment. Also they gave their honest opinion and help when I was choosing a new pair of glasses for my self. So far they will be the chosen opticians on our family.”
