“From reminder(s), post and electronic, to final fitting and use, the experience was efficient and enjoyable. The optician was informative, the fitting easy. The most difficult bit was chosing a style from the wide range on offer.”

“I was so very impressed by the efficiency, knowledge, polite & friendliness, advice, lovely spactacle frames, layout and very good cutomer service and very competetive prices. I will recomend you to others and I will definately be going back to yourselves.”

“The girls at Scivens in Pocklington do a fabulous job, going above and beyond. I struggle with light and they worked with me to creat just the right tint to help stop me getting sick. Thank you.”

“Good eye test. Quite expensive glasses my prescription is not easy to read which means I’m unable to order a second pair of glasses online.”

“My last purchase of prescription sunglasses was not a good experience. Firstly it took around three weeks. No one from Scrivens told me about the delay or the reasons for it until the second time I telephoned around 2 weeks after the order. Then when I called into the shop after three weeks I found that my glasses were in the shop "waiting to be checked". Frankly I expected better. This was very poor customer service.”

“The staff are always very helpful and polite. I feel I get a personal service from them by the way they greet me when I go in and their knowledge of my prescription. Prices aren't the cheapest but it's worth paying a little more for the quality and customer service you get.”

“For years id searched for a reliable Optition and had tried Specsavers, Boots and others without satisfaction. Then I found Specksavers directly opposite Specksavers in Bittern. So thinking that Scrivens had succeeded right opposite their rival, Specsavers they must be good. So I switched and Scrivens have been excellent in resolving my optical problems.”

“I have been going to the Chesterfield branch for many years and have always seen Diane I have found her to always be very patient thorough and kind I have recently purchased new glasses and had a contact lens test which I may have later this year All the staff have been very helpfull”
