“They are very helpful and have always sent out new batteries for my hearing aids before I run out so I'm not left trying to find somewhere to replace them”

“My eye test was an absolute pleasure The main feature being that I felt totally relaxed in a friendly and professional environment This was totally opposite to my recent experiences when accompanying my wife ( as her carer) at other large opticians in Colchester where it was like being an item on a conveyer belt. Thank you Scrivens”

“Hanni Mohamed for Scrivens, at Wickham Surgery did a full hearing test on me, for the NHS. I would like to commend her for her service. She was very clear and patient. She did not rush me and explained everything very well. She answered all my questions thoroughly.”

“I would like to write a review on Shirley,Southampton store. I recently had my eyes tested by Jason who is the Optometrist there. He is a fantastic Optom who is patient, kind and very thorough. I then ordered my lovely glasses which was a bit of an awkward prescription. All the staff gave exceptional care and customer service. Customer service is key to me because I used to work in retail. Thank you to all at Scrivens Opticians. Best wishes Diana lawson”

“From day one I received a friendly welcoming, Put at ease and everything discussed was explained clearly regarding the purpose and stages of my visits, Everything explained and easy to understand, I felt most comfortable and at ease, I later revisited with regards adjustment to my Earing aid ( a mold made for my Right Earing aid) Again well pleased with the service I received,”

“The Wallasey branch has always been an amazing branch to visit , the manager Karl is always there with a lovely welcome and the staff are fab, they always give you an honest opinion on frames and you are never in a rush, I would highly recommend Scrivens Wallasey for an eye test and hearing check, keep up the good work.”

“I have been coming to the Didcot branch for a long time. The service has always been good. The staff have been kind, welcoming, and helpful. In particular Nagini Cambampati ( hope I spelt that correctly) who has kept my sight going well over the years.”

“Wow what great service, and expert treatment. From the moment I walked in to the store, I was grated with a very warm welcome, and nothing was any trouble, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, the optician was very thorough and understood my needs. I can't say anything negative, as my experience was pleasant, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for opticians.”
