“I visited the Scrivens branch in Hunslet Leeds on friday for a free hearing check. I do need hearing aids. The service there was brilliant. Everything was explained to me in detail. It was good old fashioned service, quite an unusual thing to find these days.”

“I was received courteously at Scrivens branch in Sutton Coldfield. My eye test was conducted with professional care and kindness by Sonia and all the staff were helpful and accommodating. My glasses were ready within the time stated, and they are already proving excellent. Grateful thanks to all concerned.”

“Good morning,I visited Scrivens on south coast road peacehaven,with a small hearing id problem,once again,i dealbt with impeccable service,from the outstanding knowledge of the staff there,absolutely Amazing help from the staff instore,im overwhelmed with the help ive recieved”

“I chose to try this Opticians as an alternative to being part of a rushed conveyor belt process which seems to be the norm nowadays. I was not disappointed. It was a very peaceful and unhurried experience. The Optician took time to listen, explain and reassure, without any pressure to move on quickly to choosing frames - which at that time I did not want. Certainly my best experience yet from a Newmarket optician and staff, so I would recommend them.”

“Excellent eye test, a very thorough examination and everything was explained to me, I felt that nothing was too much trouble. The two receptionists, were extremely helpful, caring and I felt confident in choosing new frames.”

“Having previously used both Boots and Specsavers I have to recommend Scrivens in Wolstanton. I have no real issues with the other two mentioned. However the time taken for the test and the very thorough explanations and advise was a big step up. Only just ordered my glasses so this is a review of the eye test and selection process which I happily give 100%. This will be my opticians going forward.”
