“Really miss the old staff team at Midsomer Norton they were friendly, knowledgeable and cared. New team are brusque, different every time & you don’t feel like a valued customer.”

“My opticians had stopped trading so I went to spec savers for my eye test, I was then browsing for glasses but did not want to rush into purchasing so came home. After some thought decided I would visit our local optician Scrivens for my glasses. I have found the staff very very efficient and helpful. I was not happy with the original glasses that I purchased so went back to shop again the staff were very helpfulbtook my glasses back and I purchased another pair. I must add that I am still not 100 per cent happy eiyhvthem as they are no where near as comfortable as my old one's which were a lot lighter, think perhaps I Should have tried the children's range to see if they fitted, but aftrrcspending do much will put up with these. But with regards to all the staff that I met they were very kind and professional. M Algar”

“Having difficulty with contact lenses I needed glasses that were varifocal and could cope which would allow me to use them in manual handling of equipment and some activities. Received a consultation that identified the glasses required an d then supplied to a high standard at a good proce”

“Pleasantly impressed with my recent appointment at Scrivens, not only did I have a very professional eye examination but had the bonus of having my hearing tested - a first for me. All the staff are extremely friendly and my new glasses were ready for collection within 4 days. Highly recommended.”

“I was delighted with the friendliness and professionalism of the person (sorry - name forgotten!) who tested and dispensed my hearing aids. More recently I was delighted with the warmth and expertise of Patriche who gave me a master-class in how to keep the plastic tubes clean.”
