“I was welcomed in a warm and friendly manner and they all had the time to make me feel welcomed. They were professional and never pushed or forced me into a sale or consultation, making the moments within the store relaxed.”

“Very friendly and professional service. I wanted an adjustment to my prescription after my new glasses had been delivered. This was no problem and after a further sight test a new lens was fitted free of charge. Very pleased with them now and happy to recommend.”

“Very helpful and welcoming. Recommended frames from a variety of price brackets and did not push the designer ones. Opted for one of the cheaper pairs in the end. Will be a returning customer.”

“I booked an appointment for my 86 year old mum who had just come out of hospital, on the way to the appointment a road was closed so we had to go the long way around, we got to the appointment at 9.10 am (10 minutes late), I told my mum to go in while I parked the car. After parking the car my mum was standing outside the shop? I asked her what happened? She was greeted with 'YOUR LATE', she was not allowed to given an explanation and was told to attended the Scrivens nearer where she lives! lets just say we went to Tesco's and received excellent service - THANK YOUR SO MY TESCO.”

“Very simple process! Abi was lovely when booking me in, as well as being very simple and accommodating when I had to rearrange. Optometrist was really nice and useful in explaining what was wrong with my eyes and ultimately I now don't get headaches.”

“I have dealt with a number of different staff at the Ringwood Branch, they have always been hugely helpful, knowledgable and honest in their answers, not trying to sell me something I didn't need, advising the best out come for anything I have suggested and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchases glasses. Incredibly service.”

“I was a first time visiter to the shop in Fleetwood, I found them extremely friendly and very efficient. The young ladies in the shop were most helpful, with honest opinions if they felt certain glasses, did or did not suit.”

“Staff in the main shop were very friendly, polite and efficient, and as this was my very first eye test, made me feel quite relaxed. However as this was my first eye test, I could have done with some more explanation on each part of the actual eye test, so I fully understood what each part was for. Some parts of the test where I had to make a choice seemed to be hurried through.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff I can't thank the hearing team enough, from the day off hearing tests to getting hearing aids I found was very quick and the after care is fantastic nearly 2 years on and there still great, thank you to all the staff at Bourne branch”
