“I have been going to coronation square, Edinburgh place for years, the staff are all lovely, Gennaro the manager and Theresa and Charlene are lovely staff, very helpful and knowledgeable and they listen to what you need and give you the best service, Mo the optometrist is very very good at his job and such a lovely person, definitely deserves 5 stars.”

“I have been to this shop for two pairs of glasses at two different times I have found the staff to be very helpful the glasses are of a very high standard even if you get the lowest price frames I feel specsavers could learn a lot from them with the Custer care and lens Quality thank you”

“I made an error with my appointment, and the staff were amazing at sorting out a new appointment (and apologised even though it was my error!). New appointment occurred, quick, friendly and efficient. New glasses bought and service was excellent.”

“Burslem's Scrivens is always a pleasure to visit. Very jolly and informative staff. No sense of being hurried along. I am always pleased with my new spectacles and equally pleased to hear that I don't (yet) need a pair for driving.”

“It was the first time I had used Scrivens. The young lady Optician was very thorough in my eye test and took the time to explain matters to me. The range and price of spectacle frames was excellent. The attention from all the staff was first class.”

“Fantastic service at St Ives Cambs branch, nothing was too much trouble to explain things. Very helpful with helping choose frames and not pushy at all. Would highly recommend Scrivens.”

“Put off having hearing aids for quite a long time until I felt I really needed them. It has been quite a transformation The audiologist at the Hedge End branch was friendly and professional and put me at my ease throughout the session.”
