“I brought my mother (who has dementia and lives in a nursing home) in for an NHS hearing test recently. The team looked after her brilliantly and the audiologist was very good at explaining the process and how to use her new hearing aids. They have made such a difference to her life - she is able to enjoy conversation again and listen to birdsong and classical music. She adpated to the new hearing aids very quickly and the additonal cognitive stimulation that her improved hearing brings to her daily activities will really support how well she copes with a dementia diagnosis. Thank you, Scrivens Clifton team!”

“I visited the store a few weeks ago. And had a eye test and purchased two pairs of glasses. I'm so happy with them I will be coming back for a third pair. All the staff are very professional and I would like to mention Precious who looked after me, she has such a warm personality whilst being professional at the same time. All the team members were great and deserve recognition.”

“Was seen & helped today by Patrycja, she was lovely , friendly & very helpful. She also replaced screw in my glasses & helped me choose new pairs, frames are a good price, lenses are always the expensive part, but thats normal.”

“Had a great experience at the Market Deeping branch. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and helped me to chose a nice new pair of glasses. The amazing branch staff is definitely what will be making me come back again and recommending Scrivens to all my friends and family.”

“My son needed an eye test doing for his army application. He managed to get an appointment arranged quickly and we were very impressed with the service, staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the branch manager jasmine and her staff.”

“I had worrying problems with my distance sight. Although it was too soon for my annual appointment, I was able to have an eye test at my local Kings Heath branch. The problem was quickly sorted out and I had new lenses fitted within 7 days. Fantastic service from Jo and the team, and perfect vision for me. I am very grateful. Thank you.”

“I had my new hearing aids from Pershore Road Birmingham B30 3Eg , the audiologist was very professional, understanding and friendly. doing his best to adjust my new aids to my hearing problem . the staff in the shop were first class , they done their best sort out the new hearing aid to get it fit more comfortable . at all times they were friendly and caring . if i could give 10 stars i would .”

“Took both my children for their first eye test, in Tewkesbury scrivens branch Gloucestershire. The staff and the optometrist put both of them at ease as they were both nervous. My eldest needed glasses and the staff were so helpful with helping her decide which glasses. Her Glasses arrived within a week and managed to got her an appointment for fitting the same day.”

“I had a hearing test and check up today in Scrivens in Princess Victoria Street in Clifton Village, Bristol and I am very happy with the results. Both Michael and Elly were very helpful and explained things so clearly and set me up with my new hearing aids. I am delighted with the service and wanted to let you know just how pleased I am. Also Nina is always incredibly helpful, efficient and kind. A wonderful team!! Please pass on my thanks to them as they always go the extra mile and i so much appreciate it.
