“I very much appreciated the care and attention I received at Scrivens Witney. I had a problem with my hearing aids and was offered an immediate appointment. A part was added to my aid and in addition my ears were syringed which alleviated the problem. The kindness and attention received was second to none, A great team with Esme and Huw taking care of the audiology department, and also the support from 'front of house' staff. Thank you again.”

“Very welcoming when first arrived at the store, staff was very friendly Aaron and the manager made me feel at ease due to me being autistic. The lady that done my eyes was lovely also made me feel at ease would highly recommend.”

“I had a sight test and contact lens review and felt both were addressed expertly and efficiently. The optician was friendly and helpful as was the lady who assisted me with my choice and order of new glasses.”

“I REENTLY USED STRIVENS ON PLUMPTEAD ROAD NORWICH & WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE KINDNESS SHOWN TO ME.THE EFICIENT & FRIENDLY GREETING I RECIECED FROM THE RECEPTION TO THE VERY EFFICIENT OPTICIEN ,I THINK HIS NAME WAS JOE WHO WAS VERY EFFIICIENT IN DEALING WITH MY EYE PROBLEMS.I WOULD CERTAINLY RECCOMEND THEM TO EVERYONE”
