“Pat at the Deeping branch was absolutely brilliant. He made me feel at ease, explained everything we were doing and went over and above to ensure I understood all options available to me. I will definitely return to him when I need to. The ladies booking appointments were also lovely. Great experience *****”

“I would just like to say how wonderful your staff at the Wolstanton branch are. I have my hearing aids through this branch and the staff are so helpful and attentive, nothing is too much trouble, I can call in at any time and they clean my hearing aids and always ask if the aids are ok or if I need anything. If I could I’d give them 10 stars.”

“I've used the Feltham branch of Scrivens for many years. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and my glasses are always great. Popped in yesterday because my little granddaughter had grabbed my reading glasses and badly bent one of the arms. This was fixed for me very quickly and no charge. Thank you!”

“I visited the Blackpool shop today. I need some new glasses and wanted to look at some frames. The ladies in the shop were fantastic and showed me a wide range of different options. Fantastic customer service and very friendly team. I will definitely be back. Thank you.”

“The team at Wolstanton High Street have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. When I first got my contact lenses, they were patient with me, carefully explaining the best way to clean the lenses, and how to put them on my eyes and take them out. I always look forward to going back for my appointments as I know I will be looked after. Julie is fantastic and her team are just as amazing!”

“Ive had my eyetests done for the past few years at the Bolton branch. The staff there are so polite and knowledgable. The optician Amelia was very reassuring with my particular eye condition. This helped with my nervousness and made my visit very pleasant indeed. Thankyou to all the lovely ladies at the Bolton branch.”

“In the past I have had NHS hearing aids from various companies but for a good number of years I have been a customer of SCRIVENS in Stafford. The service is excellent, the staff are knowledgeable and professional and the premises have a good range of products to browse and handle. Theresa and her staff have always been welcoming and nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you.”

“I had my eye test today and Shannon was amazing. She didn’t just get the job done, she genuinely helped me. She explained everything clearly, was patient, kind, and made the whole appointment feel easy when I came in feeling unsure. I left feeling supported and confident because of her. “I was very anxious about a routine eye appontment but needn't have worried. I was warmly greeted by Nadika who did an eye screening test, she explained everything she was doing and put me at ease. My appointment was with Alka who's kind, calm and professional manner enabled me to feel relaxed during the test. Everything explained clearly, I felt as though she had time to listen and she answered all my questions clearly. Mark the Manager, very cheerful and pleasant, I feel very comfortable about any future appointments and will certainly return to Howes Opticians in Royston.”

“Witney branch was amazing . I was told I would need ear wax removal by Boots and upon starting my appointment the hearing specialist informed me that I had a tiny amount so was not going to charge me £60. She also offered me a free basic hearing screening check to see if my hearing needed further investigation. Well done Scrivens.”

“I had a hearing test with Scrivens in Weymouth and I saw Mark. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hearing test was extremely thorough and Mark was very professional and polite throughout. I was very impressed with the overall experience and would highly recommend and use again without hesitation”
